Come and enjoy this delightful, cozy cottage on Molls Pond in Eastham. Bring your dog(s) and enjoy sitting on the large spacious deck in the comfy swing. Bring the kayak down to the pond and go for a paddle. This truly is a magical spot, the perfect getaway at the end of a quiet lane. Bring your dogs, bring a good book and come and relax . If you forget to bring a book, feel free to borrow one of mine and at the end of your stay if you haven't finished it just take it with you .

This tastefully decorated home has one bedroom with a Queen size bed, one with twin singles, and a sleeping loft with a Queen size bed. YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN LINENS AND TOWELS WITH YOU.There is a washer and dryer in basement.There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Outside there is a Weber gas grill. And of course there is WiFi throughout with cable TV and HBO. In the basement you will find a twin and a single kayak, some beach chairs and a washer/dryer.

The cottage is at the end of a dirt road, so it's very private and peaceful. If the nights turn chilly, there's a wonderful working fireplace. Come rent this cozy home in the fall or winter and enjoy a blazing fire and the view of the pond.

The cottage is very close to the bike path. It's about 2 miles walk to one of the Cape's most beautiful beaches, Coastguard Beach.

Fantastic cottage!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage! It has a beautiful view of Molls Pond and John, the owner, graciously shares his kayaks, which we enjoyed immensely. We also appreciate that pets are welcomed. My mom’s dachshund was very comfortable and happy with her experience. The cottage has everything you need, a great reading selection, and is centrally located with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Eastham beaches are gorgeous - we even had our son’s senior pictures done at First Encounter, and also enjoyed Nauset Light and Coast Guard beaches. All-in-all a fantastic cottage and location that we’d love to visit again next year! show more show less

Dog Lover's Paradise!

My wife and I love the Cape, but often struggle to find a place that balances the needs of our dog and ours. This house was amazing! Our dog gave it 4 paws! She loved it! We've rented several houses on the Cape over the past 8 years, and we finally found our favorite! We hope we never have to find another house to rent because it won't top this one! The private pond is so inviting you don't even feel the need to leave the place!

An amazing, relaxing, private getaway!

This was my second stay in a row and I found this house has a most conforming vibe. The pond is amazing to sit by with coffee, and my dog spent the week in her glory. The house is clean, cozy, and up to date without being pretentious. The owner clearly welcomes pets and has additional items to help keep them comfy. Love that there is a washer dryer and that we feel alone in the woods with the most serene surroundings, but we're only a 3 minute drive to the beach.

John was so friendly to me that we still keep in touch. He's very easy to get along with and always there for advice with quick responses. I plan to go back as long as he will take us!!! P.S. The fireplace is awesome. Please don't remove it!!!! show more show less
