This charming three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home, is located in beautiful North Eastham on a private sandy road. This family oriented home has two queen beds and 2 twin beds, allowing you to sleep 6 comfortably. There is a large outside shower and a very large deck facing the bay with a spiral staircase leading to a crow's nest providing spectacular views of the Sunken Meadow and Cape Cod Bay. The master bedroom and sitting room have sliders leading to the large deck. The living room is complete with HD Cable TV and a Blue Ray/DVD player. Wireless High speed internet access is also included and available throughout the house. The home has central air for those warm nights and a fireplace for the cooler evenings. The yard is very large and spacious with plenty of trees for privacy. You're just minutes away from the National Seashore’s Coast Guard and Nauset Light Beaches. On the Bay side, Sunken Meadow beach is a short half mile walk. The Cape Cod Bike path and the Audubon Sanctuary are also close by for easy access.

Delightful, even better than anticipated!

We had the pleasure of staying at this home for two weeks during August of 2016. Having rented many different houses at the Cape over the past 15 years, we know that often rentals are not quite as nice as the pictures and descriptions indicate - the reverse is true with this property. It was even better in every way than what we were expecting!

The location is fantastic (quiet sandy lane but easy access to bay beach and rte 6), it is immaculately clean (from the basement with washer and dryer to every inch of the living space) and more spacious than expected. All three bedrooms are large and the master is huge and separated from the other bedrooms. All three bedrooms have at least one closet as well as ample dressers. All of the beds appear to brand new. The two full bathrooms are modern and both have tubs (and there is a very nice outdoor shower). The perfectly functioning central air was key to our comfort during the heat wave, as was the high speed internet/wifi. And, oh yes, those two decks are great! Sunsets and stargazing at night from the roof top deck were a blast. We will be back! show more show less

We love the deck & coffee on the upstairs deck. We love the clean, comfortable, beautiful house & we love making new memories!

We have been coming to the Cape for the past 3 years and this is our 2nd time in Eastham. This is our absolute favorite place to stay! The house is clean, comfortable and peaceful! (well besides our 3 bickering kids.)
I spent every morning and evening on the deck. we had everything we needed to cook, sleep and for the beach!
We found a gem of a small beach, Cole rd. beach and also enjoyed Nauset, First Encounter and Coastguard! There were over 25 seals at Coastguard, which was cool!
Thanks so much for sharing your house with us! We wouldnt want to stay anywhere else in Eastham! show more show less
