Come visit this cozy newly renovated house with water views of the Orleans Town Cove. With an ideal location right on the Orleans/Eastham town line, you are perfectly nestled close to the water near almost any amenity you could need. Within a half a mile there is a Grocery store, fish market, liquor store, mini golf, TJ Maxx (for those last minute things we all always forget on vacation), to ice cream, coffee, and more! If you love the outdoors, launch your SUP or kayak right across the street. If you are a boater, boat ramp is 100 yards away.

This house has three bedrooms, two downstairs and one full bedroom upstairs with water views from the king size bed. In the downstairs bedrooms, one has 2 twin beds while the other has a full size bed. Full bathroom on first floor with living room and completely renovated kitchen. All linens and towels provided. Outside you will find an outdoor shower, grill and patio furniture to spend time enjoying your vacation.
