Your home away from home has everything you need to enjoy all that the Cape has to offer from relaxing at the beach to fishing, hiking, shopping, and eating in town. Located in Eastham, walking distance to area beaches with the added benefit of being in a private and quiet residential neighborhood.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals: refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a coffee maker for those coffee lovers in your group!
There is a true dining room with high ceilings, a skylight, and seating for all six of your guests.
The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cooking/serving items including cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware.
The house has an open floor plan with a cozy living room off the kitchen. The living room has a large and comfortable sectional sofa and large smart TV with cable tv as well as streaming capability. You can log into your streaming apps on the TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.
There is a lower level with additional seating, tv, and tabletop football. Perfect for kids to enjoy their own space!
There are two full bathrooms and one-half bath. All bathrooms have been recently renovated. The two full bathrooms each have a tub/shower combo.
Three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: first floor, master with queen size bed
Bedroom 2: second floor, queen size bed, and a full-size futon
Bedroom 3: second floor, bunk bed with full on the bottom, twin on the top, and a full-size futon
Outdoors: Charming and private yard with lots of seating, gas grill, firepit, and outdoor shower! Guests need to supply their own wood.
