Three bedroom, one bathroom Cape cottage on a private wooded lot. Located less than a mile from the bay.

Oversized deck with a grill and room for many guests attached to the house. Sitting area in the yard with Adirondack chairs and fire pit to enjoy the cool cape nights.

Two bedrooms have full sized beds and one bedroom has two twin beds, each with ceiling fans. Air conditioning is located in the family room along with the “master” bedroom.

Eat-in kitchen with everything you need to cook for your family and friends seats up to six guests. Outdoor shed has plenty of stuff to enjoy the Cape, and the living room has plenty of games when stuck indoors.

Thumpertown beach is just minutes away. Great beach for little kids who enjoy playing in the water without having to worry about being knocked over by waves. Low tide brings more fun with chasing crabs or other sea life.

The National Seashore beaches are just minutes away by car for those who want to enjoy the day at the beach swimming, surfing, or just relaxing with a good book. Eastham also has a few lakes for someone who would rather going fishing, swim, or kayaking.

There are plenty of family-owned restaurants nearby that remain open during the off season.
