The cozy and clean main floor offers a full bathroom with shower, the kitchen area, and the sitting and dining space with 30'' TV. Ascend the stairs to find the shiplap wood surrounding you in the sleeping quarters with queen bed (New mattress) complete with a dressing area. Sip coffee in solitude on the patio and enjoy the encompassing meticulously maintained gardens.

The additional three-bedroom space creates another independent getaway for your group. Enter from the main front door or chose to use the private entrance off the back yard complete with another outdoor shower, deck, gas grill, and sitting area with firepit. The main floor of this space offers a lovely open area floor plan encompassing the kitchen, dining, and family room with 42'' TV. There is a full bathroom with tub and a bedroom with a queen bed on this floor. Descend to the basement where you will find the second set of washers and dryers. The second floor holds two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen and a twin), a full bathroom with a tub, and a loft space with TV and a twin trundle bed.
