Walk to Crook’s Brook Beach or hop on the nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail and bike to the National Seashore from this immaculate Eastham home.

First floor has a huge, sun-filled living room, two bedrooms (each with two brand new twin beds), and a recently updated kitchen that opens to a large outdoor deck and professionally landscaped backyard. The private yard is perfect for grilling, corn hole, or bocce (all included).

The downstairs bathroom has been completely remodeled in 2019 with subway tile / granite / glass shower. A full washer and dryer are also in the downstairs bathroom.

The recently updated kitchen has quartz countertops, a dishwasher, brand new fridge, gas range and stove. There’s also a coffee maker (Kuerig and traditional), blender, toaster, and waffle maker. The kitchen table seats 8+, and the house is equipped with dining sets, flatware, and glasses/mugs for 12 guests.

A new 65'' 4kHDTV has been installed over the fireplace.

Upstairs, there’s a master bedroom with a new queen bed, recently updated bathroom, a huge bonus room with a second queen bed and love seat, and a second family gathering area (with a large TV and Xbox for the kids).

All bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels will be provided. All mattresses are brand-new, Tempur-Pedic. WiFi and Google Home Assistant are included as well.
