The living room is very large with a 32'' HD TV. Highspeed wireless internet available throughout the house. Each bedroom has cable TV with premium channels located in LR, Den, MBR and upstairs plus expanded cable TV in all bedrooms and kitchen.
Our 40x16 deck provides a great space for kids to play while parents lounge with high quality patio furniture, dining table and cocktail tables provided. Huge barbeque grill provided. We provide four sit-on-top kayaks, Sunfish sailboat & Olde Towne canoe. 8 additional Adirondack chairs provided pond front plus 10 multi-sized life vests for safety.
We also just built in 2011 a 13 x 14 ft screened/semi-glassed in porch located off the master bedroom with access to the pond via a separate entrance. The new porch allows a quiet place to spend the evenings with a book or family and is furnished with Restoration Hardware seating for the entire family & has both screens & glass to allow for sitting out during rain.
The house is situated in the middle of our 1 acre property and set back off a quiet road within walking distance of the Eastham Windmill, ''On Depot Pond'' provides a safe, secure play area for children with lots of privacy from the summer crowds.
Premium quality mattresses and Pottery Barn duvets on all beds, hardwood floors in living and dining room plus Berber carpet in all bedrooms with quality furnishings throughout. Board games, jig-saw puzzles, library and DVD movie library provided. NO PETS. NO SMOKING
All bathrooms completely remodeled within the past 2 years.
A short stroll (.3 mi) from the Eastham Windmill, Eastham Superette, Cape Cod Bike Trail, Eastham library, the Cape Cod National Seashore Headquarters and within a 5 minute drive to both ocean (Coast Guard and Nauset Light 2 miles) and bay beaches(First Encounter 1.25 miles).
