This is the third time that we have stayed in this lovely Dennis home located steps off of the Sesuit Neck and the Sound with water views from practically every room. This home is beautifully decorated with a lovely kitchen, great appliances, and large yard. The accommodations are always perfect and the home is immaculate. Our family will be back a fourth year in 2019!

We stayed over the Labor Day weekend and absolutely loved the cottage and the beautiful beach which was only a very short walk away. The size of the cottage and amenities provided were perfect for us (family of 5, 3 young children)! We prefer this side of the Cape -- the beaches are the best!

Incredible week on the Cape! This beautiful cottage was the perfect fit for our family of five. We walked to the beach every day and explored the neighborhood on foot and bike. The owner was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome in her home.

We hope to return again and again!

My family and I have just returned from our vacation down the Cape. We had an amazing time and this cottage was perfect for a group of people. My little girls loved playing in the backyard and hitting the beach whenever they wanted. The cottage was updated and had everything in it that you could possibly need. The owner Chris is super helpful and if we had any questions she got right back to us! The beach in this neighborhood was awesome for kids, and daily ice cream truck was a big hit! If we vacation again down the Cape next summer we will definitely rent this cottage again! show more show less

"This very clean, recently renovated home is bright and airy and has water views from most rooms. It's comfortably furnished with a great outdoor shower and a private, nicely landscaped yard. The beach is just a one minute walk down a private path. This is one of the easiest vacations we've been on. Everything we needed was available at the cottage. The owner, Chris and her daughter, Jennifer, were great to deal with and very responsive whenever we had questions. The Sesuit Neck area itself is lovely. "If you are looking for: Beautiful updated accomodations Gorgeous views of Sesuit Harbor Fantastic Location, steps to the one of the best beaches on Cape Cod Rent this house. House has 3 bedrooms, great for a family, as two rooms have 1.5 bathrooms to share, and a third sunroom, doubles as a master, and has its own full bathroom. Place is tastefully done throughout, extremely clean. Kitchen was updated a few years ago, and is everything you would want in your permanent home, and certainly a nice treat for a vacation rental. Outside deck has views of the ocean, and most nights a great seabreeze.... Did I mention the outside shower? Recently updated, perfectly designed, don't need to use inside showers at all. In short, this house is everything you would ever want in a getaway house. Beautiful, clean, and great location. Please do me a favor though.....Just promise not to tell too many people, because we are already getting ready to rent it again next year!!!!!" Hank L show more show less
