The bottom walk out level has 2 more bedrooms and large open game room with a pool table and ping pong table just perfect for hanging out. You can walk out back to the new enclosed outside cedar shower and back yard that has a fire pit to enjoy the evening and hang with the kids. Plenty of room for 2 families.
