The bottom walk out level has 2 more bedrooms and large open game room with a pool table and ping pong table just perfect for hanging out. You can walk out back to the new enclosed outside cedar shower and back yard that has a fire pit to enjoy the evening and hang with the kids. Plenty of room for 2 families.

Beds are 1st floor: 1 queen, 1 bunk bed w/double on the bottom & twin on top, and 1 double bed in 3rd bedroom. Lower level: 2 doubles in one room and 1 queen in another
