    Adorable and cozy !
    Myself and my 2 girlfriends loved Lisa's house. It could use an air conditioner in the kitchen., but other that, we were all loving it !

    We have rented from Lisa two years in a row. The house is spacious and not lacking anything. The Great room is airy and comfortable especially in the evening. Lisa makes herself available and is very easy to get a hold of. We often sat on the deck and ate dinner on the comfortable patio furniture. We can't say enough good things about this rental. The only thing that can be tough is you are renting on a hot humid week, there is no air conditioners. Also the outdoor shower is great and it makes it easy to rinse that sand off and keep the house clean. Doing laundry was easy due to a big washer and dryer in the basement.     Hello everyone!
    My husband and I have rented this property two years in a row and LOVED it! The house is pristine and has everything you could possibly need in a rental. Lisa thinks of everything. The house is light and airy, beautifully decorated, and well taken care of. Being in Dennis makes it very easy to get all over the Cape. There are lots of restaurants nearby, nice proximity to the beach! The house has lots of reading material and places to cuddle up and read with a cup of tea. Lisa keeps her family pictures up, so we feel like family while we're there. The neighborhood is very nice too. We took several walks around and really enjoyed it a lot. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a wonderful experience on Cape Cod! show more show less

    This home was my family summer home growing up. After inheriting the property, I started renting it out to cover expenses, it has been over 10 years. Many cousins, aunts and uncles have owned second homes on the Cape for generations and it is a great place to spend time. I have fond memories as a child spending beach days with the cousins at Bayview beach. I love coming to the Cape all seasons and spending time at the beach and with family as much as I can.

    I have met wonderful families by renting my home, and most are repeat renters and I have enjoyed seeing their families grow with the addition of children and grandchildren.

    What is special about this property?
    Although it is not your typical rental property near the beach, it is a quiet place to spend time. If you are looking for that walk-able neighborhood where there is excitement and nightlife, this isn't he house for you.

    This is a home where you can spend time with the family in the great room where families can hangout together maybe after a day at the beach playing games, eat meals and watching TV all in the same room. There is also an additional living room for quiet reading or TV watching. The neighborhood is great for walking, riding bikes and is a nice quiet residential place to hang out for a week.



    What is special about your town?
    It's Dennis, there really isn't more to say than that. Dennis is the best town on Cape Cod. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking and riding bikes. You can travel the development for a long time without ever going on a main street. I love that it is a relatively traffic free quiet place yet centrally located to both the bayside and ocean beaches.
