Michelle's house was perfect for my family. She allowed pets which is a plus. I have my elderly parents who travel with us and the first floor studio suite was perfect for them. No stairs easy access. The beach is literally 2 houses away a 3 minute walk. Restaurant also located at end of street My 20 year old kids loved the location. They walked to chapins at night for drinks and live music.

A Spectacular Fall Getaway on Cape Cod - 5 stars

My extended family had an amazing experience staying here in Dennis Port. The house has plenty of beds and bathrooms and was able to accommodate my family, my parents and my extended family! The views from the second floor of the house are just stunning - panoramic views of the water and plenty of space to comfortably cook and feed 12 people while enjoying an amazing view. I love that there is an extra full sized fridge in the downstairs master. The kids loved the spiral staircase going up to the loft. The location can't be beat…you can walk to the beach and during season many restaurants as well. You can easily drive to the popular spots in under 20 minutes as well. Overall, this house is a gem and my whole family loved our time there!

Gorgeous house with even better views. The house was extremely well maintained and provided an amazing place for our family to get together and spend a week. Just a short walk to Glendon Road Beach for a day of rest and relaxation.

Excellent property to host our two families. With two master bedrooms, each family had their own master suite. Plenty of beds for our group of seven. House was a short walk to the beach saving us from purchasing a beach parking pass. Conveniently located near some restaurants that are walkable. Property owner was very responsive to all our needs. We had a fantastic stay at 101 Glendon! The location is perfect (very quick walk to the beach and close to area restaurants). The setup worked great for us traveling with a small baby and dog. We had friends come visit and it was so nice for them to have their own space downstairs. Michelle was super responsive and great to partner with. Would definitely rent again in the future!!

Great location! This was the second year in a row renting this house and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, just across the street from the beach. The Sailing Cow restaurant is also across the street, which is very convenient especially for a quick breakfast. Michelle was a very accommodating host, she even went out of her way to help me retrieve something that I left behind. The house is big enough for my family (4 adults , 3 kids, and 3 dogs) having the lower suite was an added plus for my wife and I, as we could have a little time to ourselves after the grand kids wore us out all day. It's also big enough that we were nit on top of one another. I highly recommend this house for families!

Beautiful Home! My daughters and I had a wonderful time here. The house is clean, bright and open. The girls loved having room to spread out and different areas to play. It was also nice to be able to walk down to the beach and collect shells. We had a really great time and would love to go back.

Great House/awesome location! We had a great week at this property. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach. For most of the week we had 7 people in the bunkroom and two master bedrooms. The loft area is a challenge to access and very hot (no AC) so when we had additional family came to stay (the 8th and 9th guest) for a few of the days, it was not the most comfortable for them and there were a few bumped head on the spiral staircase which goes up past a large beam- probably would have been fine for kids, but adults it wasn't great. The bunk room for our kids and the two masters were however great. Michelle was very responsive when we had questions and even ran right out to get us a fan for the loft when we realized the one they had wasn't working. The 10AM checkout time would definitely have been a big issue for us as we needed to use many of the linens/towels as we came from out of state - we ended up leaving the day before to avoid a mad rush on checkout day, which we were able to do since we have family close by. Thank you for a great week!

Great stay! Terrific location a half block from the beach. Michelle is very responsive. The place has plenty of space for a large family, especially with older teens who can take over the lower floor.

The unit is very impressive. Especially the ocean view from the second floor kitchen/livingroom area. We loved being so close we could walk to the beach everyday.

This house is steps from the beach and on a nice quiet street. The size of the house is great for multiple families. Michelle was great to work with and extremely responsive. We look forward to staying here again.

You will not regret your stay at this Glendon Road home! It is modern, spacious, clean, and SO close to the beach. The views from the second floor are gorgeous. There is plenty of room for two families to sprawl out and have some privacy, yet get together around the huge kitchen island for dinner. Which, by the way, is fully stocked with all the utensils and cookware that you would need. Our extended family of six adults, a child, and a small dog stayed the infamous week of the three tornadoes that hit Cape Cod in July. (Having a basement to wait out the storm in was a blessing!) We were able to cook on the gas stove despite having no power for a day and a half. I also cannot say enough about the owners. They care about their homes and it shows. Michelle is very easy to contact by email or text. Within minutes after the storm ended, I received a text from Michelle asking if we were all OK. She never even asked it there was damage to her home (there was not). I think that speaks volumes to the type of person she is. I have rented for 20 plus years on the Cape and this is my favorite rental so far!

Great Spot! We absolutely loved this spot! House was great very spacious short walk to the beach and very close to other great attractions. Only small disappointment which is very minor and I may have missed it in the instructions but, we got to the house and there was no toilet paper! For the cost of the house I would assume a couple rolls of toilet paper would be included. Other than that house was great and we would rent it again, bringing toilet paper this time!

Perfect House in Dennisport! We had the perfect Cape week at this amazing Dennisport house. It is literally steps from the beach. The photos on the listing don't even do it justice. Water views from every room. The 2 master set up was perfect for me and my sisters families, with a bunk room for the kids! Don't miss out! Were talking about going back every year!

Great place with plenty of room!

My family rented this house recently for the first time from the new owners. We used to stay here every summer when the kids were small. The renovations they made are amazing. The kids each brought a friend and there was more than enough room. Beautiful Glendon Beach is just steps up the street. This is the only home we will stay in. It’s perfect. Thank you, Michelle, for everything.

Great location near beach, restaurants, short drive to Chatham. The property was as described, great location, house met our small family reunion plans, kitchen was well stocked for eating in and many restaurants were close by. We came from Boston Logan so it was convenient having washer and dryer, and sheets and towels provided. Also, TVs and WiFi a plus. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. Plan accordingly as it was a challenge washing all the linens and towels prior to 10am departure.

This home is beautiful! The house is great for those traveling with 2 families because there is a suite in the lower level so everyone has space. The view from kitchen/family room is beautiful and you can see the ocean. There is a small deck off the kitchen perfect to sit and have a cocktail or morning coffee looking out at ocean.

The kitchen island has plenty of room. Be aware there is a large set of stairs to get to the kitchen level both in back of the house and if you use front door then to get upstairs.

We had a great time. It was a very nice place.

Awesome location - great updated house! We stayed the week after Labor Day and loved this house. It is very spacious and completely updated as the pictures show. The location was great for the beach and also various restaurants that are in walkable distances. Highly recommend a stay here. Michelle was a very easy to work with!

Loved our first trip to Massachusetts! House is very spacious and close to everything. We walked just 3 houses down to breakfast. Loved having coffee while listening to the waves and enjoying the breeze. There is a hot dog place at the other end of the road that is great as well. Close walk to the beach. We were far enough from Boston to get away from the big city but close enough to drive over if we want. Took a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard. Great trip and can’t wait to go back again!

Perfect Vacation Home and Location - This house is perfect for a family to vacation together. With sleeping for 12 (actually 14!) there was plenty of room for everyone to be together and yet have their own space. 4 Bathrooms were heaven with 12 people in the house! It is very close to the beach making it very easy to go with the kids and spend an hour or two, come home, eat, relax and then hit the beach again! The kitchen is modern and has the biggest island which was perfect for preparing meals, and gathering around. Having the second refrigerator in the "suite" area was ideal. We were able to save a lot of money by eating in most days. The location is mid-cape which is perfect for seeing all the sites of the cape. We loved it and would recommend this home if you are looking for a place with all the conveniences of home and a great location.

After my family lost our dad, my mom decided to gather the entire family to celebrate his one year anniversary. We had the best vacation! Michelle was so easy to work with. The house and the grounds, with the little cottages, were the perfect situation. Walking to the beach with our kids ranging from 1 month - 15 years old was perfect for everyone. Going back to cottage for lunch, naps or just to take a break from the sun was a blessing!

We celebrated 7 birthdays, one pre-wedding gathering, one engagement, and watched a video in celebration of my dad’s life... all in one room together, all 30 of us! Couldn’t have asked for a better location and landlord!

Great view of the ocean and plenty of space to relax! The houses proximity to the beach is fantastic and we loved the Sailing Cow cafe right down the road.

This house is beautifully decorated and has a great Cape Cod beach feel. Everything is new and clean. The house is fully stocked with linens, towels, beach chairs and cooler. It is a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and local pubs. The house was perfect for our mixed groups with separate living spaces upstairs and downstairs. The view from the multiple decks is great for relaxing with a glass of wine. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing home by the water! We had an amazing weekend getaway in May at Michelle’s property. This home could fit multiple families but our stay was just my husband, myself and my dog. It was much more space than we needed but had all the amenities we were looking for such as the two person jacuzzi tubs, ocean views and proximity to things we wanted to do. Visiting the Cape in the off season was amazing and Michelle is a great hostess. There was a minor issue to which she responded quickly. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return.

The house is very spacious. The kitchen is updated, modern and definitely a great hang out spot with views of the water. It is very close to the water which is great. Lots of bathrooms. This is a good choice for a big group.

Unbelievable views; a great place for a large group! This was a wonderful house. We were there over Thanksgiving so it was a bit of a different experience. The view of the beach was great and I’m sure watching kids swim from the house during the summer is great. The little restaurants at either end of the street, within walking distance, would have been stops we made but they were closed for the season- but in summer I know the kids would have loved walking for meals. The only issue we had, and the reason for the 4 stars, was that it was too bright at night, the curtains didn’t block out the light from nearby street/parking lot lights. If we get back to the Cape as a whole family again, we will definitely book here if we can.

We stayed at the Glendon beach house in Dennis Port. A gorgeous home with amazing ocean views. I highly recommend going with Kelly Property Capital for your vacation. Michelle was wonderful and made everything so easy for us.

My three grown children, my grandson, a few friends along the way and I just experienced the most wonderful vacation together. This home is gorgeous and in a perfect location. We were fortunate to have "beach weather" the entire week. Everything we needed for cooking, etc. was available for our use. Michelle was very responsive to any questions we had along the way. Our first night was a bit chaotic due to limited parking availability and too many friends stopping by at the same time. Michelle was kind enough to be understanding and we planned accordingly for the rest of the week. I recommend this home 100 percent....our vacation was amazing! Stacey

Everyone had a great time at our girls weekend. The house has a kitchen and living room overlooking the ocean with lots of room for entertaining. All renovated with nice up to date decor. It was a great rental in the middle of the winter for all the girls to cozy up together and still look out to see the ocean. Thanks to Michelle for her wonderful rental property which gave us a lot of fun memories.

Amazing Winter Views in a Beautiful Home

What a beautiful home with truly amazing views! It is accurate that you can see the ocean from every room of the house. We stayed with our family for the New Years weekend. Being on Cape Cod during the winter months was peaceful and calm--very few tourists about. We were less than one block from the beach and, although the weather was cold, we were able to watch the sun rise and set during our walks on the beach. Inside, the home was warm and the winter sun poured through the windows during the day. It was lovely!

One master bedroom, the living area, and the kitchen are on the upper level of the house. The ground level includes the bunkbed room and the second master bedroom with sofabed and kitchenette. It's almost like two apartments. The kitchen is spacious and the appliances are modern. We enjoyed all our meals together in the home and had everything we needed for cooking and table service. The two master bedrooms are spacious and we loved the soaker/whirlpool tubs in each masterbath! The bunk room is a smaller area, but it has an adjoining bathroom with a shower which was nice. We enjoyed having a TV in every room. It allowed some of us to watch football while the kiddos watched cartoons in another room.

On New Years Eve we went to Chatham (about 25 minutes away) and enjoyed the family friendly First Night celebration. I think we'd all love to come back and attend it again! It was a very well-run event.

The owner was quick to respond to my emails and the payment/refund process was easy. I feel the price was reasonable and I would stay here again. Thank you Michelle!

Fantastic location and great space to enjoy an awesome weekend. The host was great to work with and most importantly, the pictures are an accurate representation of the accommodations. Two separate living spaces (including kitchenette) provide for couples/families to separate themselves but the large living room with ocean views is great for the entire gathering. Would recommend to all and definitely will be coming back.

Just want to let you know we had a good time. My granddaughters loved the loft. The view from living room was fantastic. Can't wait to go back next year.

The house was beautiful with spectacular views of the ocean from all the windows in the living area. The kitchen is well equipped and worked well. If you had two families, the set up with a kitchenette in the downstairs bedroom is perfect. It has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven. This large bedroom also has a sofa pull out. The week of our vacation was blazing hot. Thank heaven for breezes and night time cool off. The living area is not air conditioned but all the bedrooms are except for the loft. There were ten of us and we had plenty of room with five children. Glendon Beach was two houses down. A great location for many activities.

We vacation for a week at the beach every year. This year we picked Dennis Port because the water is warmer than Maine where we usually go. We had a wonderful experience at the Yellow House just steps away from the beach. The beach was perfect with soft sand and warm water. The kids loved clamming at low tide. There were 4 adults and 4 grandkids, plenty of room for all of us. There are ocean views from every room especially the kitchen, where I did not mind preparing the meals. There are restaurants in walking distance, which we did on two different evenings, for dinner, and the food was excellent. The place is new so everything in it was new, and the decor was just right for the beach house. I would recommend this Yellow House to any family who wants a real vacation without all the hassles!

This beach home is beautiful. Very spacious. Brand new. Impeccable. Beautifully decorated. Michelle was a perfect host. We were coming from California and she was very responsive to all questions and requests, even going so far as to purchase beach chairs and coolers for our use. The home is truly lovely, the beach views and air were so enjoyable. We were close to everything that we wanted to do on the Cape. I couldnt recommend this home more highly.

So excited about our Cape Cod vacation--usually it is just my husband and myself and our dog--we rent a small 2 bedroom cottage, but this time it was with all the kids and all the "grands.' My Atlanta crew was joining my husband and I and our other daughter & SIL that have a place right near this rental.

Not only was it the perfect location for us -- it is the perfect location for everyone. Right across from Glendon Road Beach--no need for a long walk on a muggy day, no need to get in your car and pay parking--just walk on down and go home for lunch if you want to. Had too much sun--watch the waves from the upstairs or downstairs patio--feel the ocean breeze and smell the ocean. Top amenities such as three full baths, beautiful modern decor and comfortable furniture, 4 TV's I believe I counted. Don't want to shlep your towels and sheets--the owners will let you use theirs. Want to bring your own and don't want to bring back sandy beach towels--there is a washer and dryer. Outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand and a beautiful grill.

The owners are very responsive to any questions and/or your needs and did a beautiful job renovating this vacation house.? All you have to do is enjoy it!!

We just got back from a wonderful week at this beautiful home. There was plenty of space for the five of us plus the additional friends and family who dropped by throughout the week. Upon our arrival, we were pleased to see how close we were to the beach and the beautiful views from every room in the house. The house has been updated throughout and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has all new appliances and a very large center island that made food preparation a breeze and plenty of seating for all of us. There were spectacular views of the ocean from the open kitchen and living room on the second floor. This was a great area for the family to gather. Each of the bedrooms had their own private full bathrooms. The suite on the lower level is very spacious and would make this house perfect for two families to vacation together.

The owner, Michelle, was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to our needs. She provided valuable information on restaurants and beaches in the area. It's so close to everything. Chapins Restaurant was a great spot to eat with the family...plenty of menu choices. Also recommended is a short drive to Chatham and Harwichport for shopping and more dining choices. We spent most of our beach time at Glendon Rd beach since it was 2 houses away but we did venture out twice to Chapin Beach (next to Mayflower Beach). It was worth the drive because of the stunning views. We can't say enough about our memorable Cape Cod week at this beautiful home!

We booked Glendon Rd. for a girls weekend. We were 5 middle aged women and the house was comfortable for us. We really loved the decor and the brand new renovations. The kitchen is awesome. It's on the second floor so you look out to beautiful ocean views. The suite is amazing. Has full bath, jacuzzi, deck, kitchenette. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I think is important to know is the loft that sleeps 4 didn't have real stairs. It was a pull down attic type door which opens to the foot of the master king size bed. We didn't end up using it as planned and opted for bunks instead. But other than that, It's spacious and very tastefully done.
