Welcome to our spacious home, with a ton of windows that give off a lot of light & beautiful Cape air. The Living area opens to our dining area & the back of house holds the Kitchen & 1/2 bathroom w/ a Queen bedroom off the Kitchen. There is a large front yard, with plenty of shade & sun. Also great backyard area with patio, gas grill, outside shower & a new fire pit.

Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms - 1.) A King Bedroom w/ T.V, 2.) Queen. 3.) Two Twins w/ T.V.

There is a full bathroom with shower & tub. Enjoy the outside shower after a day at the beach.

We are Steps away from the Town Village and many local restaurants, The NEW & FUN Backyard Foleys & a very short distance to many local Dennis/Dennisport Beaches. We have a big front yard, with plenty of shade & sun. Also great back space area with patio, gas grill, outside shower & a new fire pit. This house has all you need for plenty of inside or outside fun.

    We are from South Boston and Love enjoying time at our place on the Cape. We've owned our place for over 25 years and it is still one of our most favorite places to spend time together.

    What is special about this property?
    Our Property is special because it is spacious inside and out compared to most Cape Cottages and rentals and we have lots and lots of light. You can feel as if you are outside while being inside because of the all the windows, light and air. We have a big front yard with a Beautiful Tree that can keep you shaded and a back/side patio and firepit for a more private space. Much fun can be had here with plenty of nearby restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

    What is special about your town?
    Dennisport Has it all! So many Beaches to choose from and lots of fun places to check out in and around the area. It has a bike trail and is in close distance to Harwich Village, Chatham, you can take a ride to Provincetown or take a day trip to Wellfleet. We are in a perfect location to check out multiple areas of the cape
