Long-Term Rental (1 month or more): Rent 5 weeks in-season for $8250. Right now you can choose your weeks but that will change as the calendar fills in! Off season 32+ day stays will be discounted depending on which weeks are requested. Renting 32+ days also means you won't have to pay short term rental tax so the savings keeps getting better.

    VERY comfortable place. All updated furniture!!! So clean!!! You can tell owner takes pride with ownership. Easy walk to beach. We have stayed in Dennis Port many times and now have finally found a place we will return to often!!!

    It was such a lovely stay! The place was very clean and perfect in size. It was very well equipped with everything I needed. I loved how short the walk to the beach was. I had a great vacation for 10 days. I definitely recommend!
