First time vacationing at this property, and traveling with my son and 7yo grandson. Bart promptly responded to my initial WNaV enquiry and wanted to chat beforehand. He clearly explained all the particulars, including the heat situation as the property is primarily a Spring-Early Fall rental. The property is literally "off the beaten path", but incredibly convenient. Easy walk to the local beach and quick access to Rt 28 and all the area attractions. The beds are surprisingly comfortable and the interior was well appointed. Bart & Erin graciously provided a welcome basket and, based on earlier reviews, had straightaway begun to make improvements immediately after acquiring the property earlier this year. We enjoyed dry & sunny weather, but it was chilly overnight. The current heat setup struggled to maintain consistent warmth but, thanks to Bart's transparency, we came prepared. Overall we had a wonderful getaway! Thanks Bart & Erin for your hospitality.

Nice location with walking distance to beach and nearby to larger beaches by bike or vehicle. Close by vehicle to rail trail bike network and grocery store. Gas grill a plus with Swan River Seafood market less than a mile away

We enjoyed our short stay (4 nights) at Seaglass. The House is so cute and quiet underground the pines, and the beach is near. Unfortunately, a couple of restaurants near by were closed, probably because it was the end of the season, but anyways we ate at home in the evenings and outside Dennis depending of our expeditions! I recommand, great location.

The house was perfect. easy walk to the beach close to everything outside grill and deck .The AC unit kept the house at a perfect temp already planning my trip for next year.

Seaglass Cottage was the perfect weekend get-away spot for our family of 4. The cottage is a short walk to the beach and came equipped with a beach cart, buckets, shovels, and chairs. The house itself is small, but fit our needs easily. Kids shared the twin bed room and parents slept in the loft--loft has an AC unit, though we didn't need it over our weekend there. The kitchen is well equipped with a kitchen table to fit all of us. Bonus space outside for eating with a picnic table, deck and fire pit. And the outside shower is lovely! Our family definitely recommends Seaglass Cottage!

We had an amazing stay at this welcoming and cozy cottage. This is our third stay at this cottage, and the new owners have made it even better! Some new additions which greatly enhanced our stay: washer/dryer, linen and towels, and a beach wagon, which we put to good use. We spent s lot of time at Glendon beach, which is just a short walk away.
The outdoor shower was delightful!
The cozy house was very clean, and well maintained. The new owners were great to deal with, and very responsive to enquiries.
We look forward to returning to our favourite spot next summer!

We loved Seaglass Cottage. The cottage was very comfortable and the AC was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was easy to use and had all the basics that you would need. A small cottage that has everything you need for a Cape Cod vacation. Dennis is a great location to explore the Cape.

We are so grateful and fortunate to have spent our 13th year in a row vacationing in your cottage! We love it so much, and the recent upgrades have only made it better! Including bath towels, kitchen towels and sheets was the small upgrade that will make all the difference moving forward! The outdoor shower remains a delight, the addition of a washer and dryer is just plain luxurious!! Thank you so much for sharing your treasure with us - we are truly grateful!

My mom and I stayed for a week at the lovely Seaglass cottage in Dennisport. The cottage had pretty much everything one needs at a rental and was nicely decorated. The living room was comfortable as well as the beds. The beach cart came in handy and I appreciated the blender for smoothies. Glendon Beach is a nice beach less than a 10 minute walk from the cottage. There were a few restaurants within walking distance of the cottage; a pizza place with great grinders and The Doghouse which has huge lobster rolls. Any issues that came up, Bart was good about getting back to us in a timely manner to resolve. One thing I would recommend is better lighting to the loft as it was very dark. The cottage had two built in wall A/c's; one downstairs and one upstairs. The one downstairs cooled the 1st floor nicely but it took all day for the loft to really cool down even with the A/c on. Also, you have to be very careful going down the stairs as their very narrow. The snack basket and wine were such a nice surprise. Nice outdoor seating for relaxing outside. I would recommend the Seaglass for a girls getaway or a small family.

We have stayed at this cottage several times and always enjoyed it. Great location close to beach, restaurants and delis, all you can walk to. Even with the new owners the cottage is clean and love the outside shower!

The Seaglass Cottage was perfect for our needs! Clean, comfortable, and cozy. Everything you could need is provided. Bart was responsive and helpful during booking and check-in. Great location - less crowded than other areas on the Cape, but still centrally located so you can explore other areas. Being close to the local beach was a major perk. Definitely check out the Sailing Cow Cafe for breakfast before you leave. Thanks Bart and Erin!
