Enjoy beautiful Cape Cod in this cozy Dennisport 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage. Comfortably sleeps 6 + guests and will be the perfect getaway for you and your family! Relax on the front deck and drink your morning coffee, end your beach day with a relaxing outdoor shower and hang out by the firepit on the patio.

This one level home has cozy family room, fully equipped kitchen and newly renovated full bath. Our bedrooms include 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 2 bunk beds and a pull out couch in the family room.

Located in the heart of Dennisport close to shops, restaurants and only a quarter mile to the famous Sundae School. Under a mile walk to Sea Street Beach!

Note: washer and dryer are available in the basement thru the bulkhead outside. Wifi available and streaming services only on the TV.

Shower towels, sheets and a few beach chairs are provided.

    Dave and Amy and their 3 daughters have enjoyed 10 amazing summers staying at this cottage in the heart of Dennisport.
    Having bought another property in Dennisport, we decided to rent 5 Sunken River so other families can create life long Cape Cod memories.

    What is special about this property?
    What we love most about 5 Sunken River is the location and casual, cape atmosphere. The location allows for short walks to restaurants, the beach and the famous Sundae School. Coming home from the beach, not worrying about getting a little sand on the floor and taking a refreshing outside shower is very enjoyable. Sitting and chatting on the porch or hanging out by the patio fire pit are some of our favorite past times.

    What is special about your town?
    Dennisport is located in the mid-Cape area. There are beautiful bay side and ocean side beaches. There are many options for dinner - date night, family friendly, group gatherings, etc. Great location to visit other parts of the Cape from Hyannis to Wellfleet. Day trips to Provincetown are fun as well. Close to many family friendly amenities like ice cream, mini golf, Cape Cod bike trail, etc.
