Steps to Private Bay Beach

Absolutely fantastic location-literally steps from the beach; we were able to walk down multiple times a day and enjoy the beach. The cottage itself was spacious, airy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for the week, plus bonus space downstairs for the kids to hang out. The owner was lovely, and provided helpful information ahead of our stay. Overall wonderful week!

This house was so much more than we expected ! The location is central on Cape Cod for getting anywhere and the beach is short walk away with stairs down. The owners have thoughtfully provided everything - including grill, outdoor shower, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys. The living room is large and elevated providing a wonderful separate space for families. The walkout basement is very cool along with very updated appliances , great TV and cable and excellent Wi-Fi. There is even a ping pong table in the garage! We loved the beachy decor too. This is a perfect vacation house and tremendous value! We will be back but know that reservations will very hard to get!!!! Thank you for providing our family with a wonderful place to stay on Cape Cod.

Great week on the bay

We had an awesome time at your place the week of Aug 22 thru 29. The place was very comfortable and had all the anemities (nice grill, Wifi, etc). We will be back !

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We had such an amazing week here. There were 4 adults and 4 kids and there was ample room. The downstairs playroom was the biggest hit for the kids in the evening and downtime. The proximity to the beach was ideal for quick beach trips especially to see the sunset every night. The road was quiet and we didn't have to worry about the kids on the property. I appreciate thoughtful details and this house was full of them. The decor was perfectly Cape Cod, all of the rooms were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Above all, the house was clean and bright. Everyone had a great time here and we spent the week remarking how lucky we were to have found this house. We will be returning next year.

My family and I had a fabulous week. The house is very clean with lots of extras. I have two older children & two younger and they all loved the house. The owner sent an email during our stay to see if we were settled in and needed anything. Will definitely rent again next year!!

Perfect home base for a family vacation. Plenty of room both inside and out in the yard. Steps to the private bay beach. Literally, 2 minutes tops! This cottage is located on a sand road so there is no traffic.The interior has a main floor with a dining room, three bedrooms, a bathroom and the kitchen. The large living room is a half level up, so a nice private space. There is also a large rec room downstairs that includes a bar, full bathroom, washer/dryer as well as a second TV. The screened porch is off the rec room. If that isn't enough space, there is a ping pong table set up in the garage. I would recommend this property to anyone. show more show less
