Located in a small, private cottage community off Route 6, you have convenience yet privacy in our cottage surrounded by trees on the right and left, and a front row view of Schoolhouse Pond.

This beautiful, custom decorated cottage is modern, well maintained and will feel like home from the moment you walk in, boasting an easy and open living concept!

Enter through the French doors to the bright and spacious sunroom which has a beautiful, vaulted ceiling, new windows and doors, and tile and glass floor. This is a great room for dining and family time!

Next step up in to the fully renovated main house where you'll find hardwood floors, freshly painted walls, plenty of windows, beautiful furnishings and that feeling of peace and serenity for which you came. The bathroom, with tumbled marble floor, and shower with tumbled marble walls and glass doors, is modernly renovated. Our recently restyled and well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, new cookware, dishes, flatware and more. Luxury bed linens, plush towels, and beach equipment are provided for your special stay. Our home is impeccably clean and ready for you!

Leaving the sunroom, you will enjoy tranquil outdoor living on the deck or the blue stone patio, both overlooking the water. There is plenty of privacy and ''al fresco'' living space with comfortable, casual seating, a Weber gas grill, hot/cold water outdoor shower and fabulous views of the pond. What a lovely spot for coffee at sunrise, or a glass of wine at sunset.

Birdwatch, fish, kayak, canoe, or swim in the freshwater pond from our private shore area. You can even launch a toy sailboat (there are no motorized boats here!) Enjoy our complimentary canoe with select sized life jackets for fishing or just paddling around the ponds.

The National Seashore, Salt Pond Visitor's Center, Coast Guard and Nauset Light Beaches, and biking/hiking trails are just moments away. The Visitor's Center at nearby Salt Pond is the entrance to the National Seashore. From Salt Pond you can canoe or kayak to the outer ocean. The National Seashore area is filled with biking and hiking trails and is home to some of Cape Cod's best beaches to include Coast Guard Beach which is about two miles away.

There’s private parking for two vehicles and room to store bicycles you bring or rent to ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail or to the beach! A guest laundry room is also now available!

Our cottage is centrally located between Provincetown and Hyannis where you can join fishing, sailing and whale watching charters, and enjoy great shopping and restaurants. The winery in Truro, the antique shops and galleries in Wellfleet, and the many shops and restaurants of Orleans and Eastham are just a some of the other nearby attractions.

    Hi I'm Donna. My husband, Jeff, and I have owned this cottage for nearly 20 years. We have lovingly implemented many renovations which includes a complete interior renovation, a new sunroom and deck, new windows and the beautiful bluestone patio.
    We have enjoyed many happy times here with our family and friends, but have also rented our home for nearly all the 19 years we've owned it. We hope that our guests feel as much at home here as we do!

    Vacation time.....well earned and long awaited. We totally understand that and how important it is that our home be clean and well-maintained upon your arrival so all you need to do is enjoy your time here and not be concerned about cleanliness or repair issues. We deep clean our home personally each spring before rental season, to be sure no cleaning detail is missed. We also take care of our own yard maintenance.

    Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and at peace in this special house perfect for couples and small families.

    What is special about this property?
    Of course I love everything about this home! The sunroom is an absolute favorite....perfect for morning coffee and breakfast, or a lovely dinner overlooking the pond. Many guests love it for family game and fun time.

    The bluestone patio is another favorite, particularly in the early mornings with a cup of coffee and enjoying the pond, or for some afternoon sunbathing time.

    Many of our guests bring or locally rent canoes or kayaks. Our pondside location makes it very easy to launch your boat and enjoy both Schoolhouse and Minister's Ponds.

    What is special about your town?
    Eastham is part of the National Seashore, and the visitor's center is 1/4 mile from our home. From there you can hit the bike path to Coast Guard Beach, about a 2 mile ride), or enjoy nature walks around the Salt Pond.
    You can also easily access the bayside beaches. First Encounter Beach is especially great for young children.

    Bike rentals are easily accessible from our home. You can easily walk to the bike shop, and you'll be cycling down the Cape Cod rail trail in no time.
