Of all the Outer Cape towns, I'd choose Eastham as the best town for an all-around vacation experience. It is the gateway to the National Seashore. And this home is a short walk to Cooks Brook Beach.

Privately tucked away, this newly built, 3 bedroom/2 bath house is located in a quiet neighborhood and provides easy access to the bike trails. There is an open kitchen and dining room with many extras. The first floor has a bedroom with a full bed and a full bath. The second floor has a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed and the other with 2 twin beds. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor.

Private back yard and deck. Outdoor shower waiting for your return from the beach. This is a lovely home. 1/2 of a mile to the beach or a 10 minute walk.

No linens are included.

Eastham house

We have been renting on the Cape for 14 years and this house was definitely one of the best. Clean and not cluttered, there was plenty of room for our food, clothes, etc. Had a gas grill, which was a plus, as most have charcoal grills, which are a pain. Price was fair for the house and distance from the beach. Air conditioner helped downstairs a lot. Owner checked in with us upon arrival and departure.

Perfect getaway house

Our stay here was awesome! Perfect location, just a walk away from the beach..very quiet and relaxing. The house was very clean and spacious, had everything you need. The owners are extremely accommodating and helpful...would definitely come back next year

Our Favorite Place to Relax

My husband and I have been coming to this house for years. We love to come in the late Summer and early Fall. The house is walking distance from the beach and close to restaurants and other nearby beaches. It is set down a dirt road so it is very private. There is also a huge backyard and deck. We love the cozy interior, and with a full kitchen we make dinner some nights instead of going out to a restaurant (also great deli just a mile or so away!). We highly recommend this vacation home and will be back every year! show more show less

I do my best to make sure the quest are comfortable and happy with their stay. My aim is to increase the guest we have as repeat renters

What is special about this property?
The property is located in a quite family oriented area off a private road. Easy walk to the beach, close to the bike path, well finished, hot and cold outside shower, open floor plan and easy trips to all cape attractions.

What is special about your town?
Eastham is the gateway to the national seashore..It is a town that has not been over built and has preserved its natural beauty. There are a number of great restaurants Salt pond visitors center, great sandy beaches , ocean side and bay side beaches, light houses and so much to see. The location is an equal distance from both Hyannis and Provincetown
