We invite you to come experience this incredible sweet spot on the Cape for beach-lovers and nature-lovers alike! This home is just minutes from Coast Guard Beach, Nauset Light Beach, and several bay side beaches. There is quick and easy access to the bike trail, whether you wish to head up to Wellfleet or down to Orleans center and beyond!

The home is within walking distance to the Salt Pond Visitor Center, salt marsh trails, and the ever-popular Arnold’s Lobster & Clam Bar. The National Seashore is at your doorstep here, come and discover all of its hidden treasures!

With four bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps seven. On the first floor you will find the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed; the second bedroom has a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle. The second floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has its own private ½ bath and features a queen bed. The second bedroom has two separate twin beds.

You can vacation here comfortably with central AC, on-site washer & dryer, internet, and BBQ grill. Adding to the fun is a large, private backyard that features a spacious deck, outdoor shower, and various yard games.

Bed linens are included in the rental. Guests are asked to bring their own towels. Please understand this is a pet-free and smoke-free rental.

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at Pinch Me. The photos and description of the property are very accurate – no surprises. The place was very clean when we arrived, and the home was stocked with all the things we needed. As the interior was recently painted, the place has a "brand new" feel to it. There is an excellent 3 ring binder at the home that provided everything we needed to know about the beaches, restaurants and the home. We found the owner to be very communicative, and he clearly puts a great deal of time and effort into making sure his renters enjoy their stay. We sure did!" show more show less

"We were very pleased with our stay. Great location and was close to everything we wanted (beaches, hikes, restaurants, etc). Property was very clean and updated. We were attending a conference at the Cape Cod Institute, which was a 5 minute drive. We did have a question during our stay and received a response with in an hour. I would highly recommend this place and plan to return!"

After vacationing on the Cape for many years, my wife and I took the plunge and purchased our own home. Having been particular renters ourselves for a long time, we understand what people are looking for in a summer rental.

What is special about this property?
We love that the location of this home feels like it is a true vacation destination. The home itself is warm & inviting, clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The icing on the cake is that it has a wonderful deck and back yard where you can kick back and enjoy the Cape's breezes and sounds, or play some family games. There is so much to do, all of it nearby - the rail trail, Arnold's Lobster & Clam Bar and mini golf course, the Salt Pond Visitor Center and Salt Marsh Trails, Fort Hill, the Wellfleet Audubon, the Wellfleet Drive-in and of course the many beaches from the wide open ocean to the tide pools of the bayside to the freshwater swimming at Wiley's Park. Bring your kayaks and launch just down the road at the Salt Pond, or book a dune tour or whale watch out of Provincetown (we've done both and they are awesome!).

What is special about your town?
Eastham is the perfect central location for those looking to experience the boundless beauty and peace of the Cape's natural landscape. Of course access to the National Seashore beaches starts in Eastham. Yet, it still offers close proximity to the restaurants and destinations of Orleans, Wellfleet, and Provincetown. Eastham provides a great jumping-on point for the Rail Trail - spend a day biking down to Dennis and back (stop in Orleans for some incredible hot chocolate or ice cream) or head up to the Wellfleet beaches and grab a drink at the Beachcomber! The beauty of Fort Hill, the Salt Pond Marsh, and spectacular sunsets on the bay side can only be found in Eastham.
