Located in Eastham, this two-bedroom apartment is the perfect place to find that work/life balance. After your day of remote work, come walk down the dock and sit in an Adirondack chair and watch the winter birds. The awkward geese with their feet first landings, the ducks that come to see if you will feed them, or the hawk that is constantly on the prowl overhead are your only company. Wild turkeys often graze through the yard in the mornings as you sit sipping your gourmet coffee that we provide.
How about lighting a fire in your private fire pit with the wood we provide? Just enjoy each other's company by the fire. Take a long, luxurious bath and try some of the spa amenities then curl up in the comfortable new king bed that overlooks the pond and has a view that is magnificent. The second bedroom is extra-large and holds a pillowtop queen bed and another pillowtop single bed. All the beds have high quality sheets, duvets, duvet covers, and all-season comforters. There are extra blankets for snuggling on the porch overlooking the pond and beautiful views throughout.
The full bath has a tub, shower, and shower bar perfect for warm bubble baths. Try some spa amenities out and relax by the wall hung fireplace. The new tv is a Roku so you can stream your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or other programs with ease. The new patio houses a grill, if you fancy barbequing in the cold. A washer and dryer is in the apartment too. In the back yard you will find Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire pit. There are bikes to take out for a ride to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Shared space would be our private dock on the pond if anyone else happens to be around.
Kitchen –
The brand-new kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, a four-burner stovetop, a dual microwave convection oven, a dishwasher, a countertop convection oven, and marble countertops. Kitchen comes with:
• New pots and pans with lids
• Plenty of cooking utensils
• Electric skillet
• Crockpot
• Electric steam cooker (for rice or veggies)
• Tea kettle, French press, and regular coffeemaker
• Measuring cups and spoons
• Mixing bowl set
• Cutting board and matts
• Set of sharp knives
• Colander
• All the dishware, utensils, and glassware (of course)
• Basic spices for your use
Room 1 –
A master bedroom with a king-sized bed with a window which is overlooking the pond. The wall hung fireplace offers a romantic setting and is back lit with colors of your choice (or none at all). The morning light from the large window will wake you gently or you can keep the room darkening shades closed for additional privacy from the wildlife on the pond. It offers a large closet and tall dresser for your clothes.
Room 2 –
This room has a pillow top queen bed and a pillow top single bed which also houses a pop-up trundle bed underneath. Each with bedside tables and lamps with places to charge your phone or other accessories. A shaded window offers light and privacy in the room. There is a closet and tall dresser for housing clothes.
Bathroom –
The bathroom has a full-sized tub, which is perfect for bubble baths.
• The tub/shower has the latest hand held on a shower bar with a full flow shower head
• The vanity lighting was installed so that makeup application would be optimal
• Plenty of vanity drawers available for storing hair, makeup, and other toiletries
• High quality, fluffy Turkish bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths provided

Outdoor areas –
Our patio has a gas barbeque grill and a table for setting up your grilling items (there are grill tools in the kitchen). In the winter we turn off the waterfall to the private pond to protect the pipes from the freezing temps. If you would like additional seating, please let us know as we cover the chairs in the winter months to protect from the weather.
There is a private porch off of the living room which looks out over the yard and the pond. Two reclining chairs and a table are there for you to enjoy any time of day. We also provide a few “Snuggies” for having the coziest of evenings in good company regardless of the winter weather off of the porch.
The firepit is just off your patio and the wood and kindling is next to the rock wall by the patio.
