Pond or Ocean? How about both! Our spacious cottage boasts an ideal location. You'll be 1/2 mile to Kingsbury Beach, 1/4 mile to Wiley Park with a playground, freshwater swimming, fishing, and 3/4 mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail.

Our air conditioned home features 3 bedrooms (2 twins, 2 queens, 1 full) and 1.5 baths. And let's not forget the outdoor shower! Gather & play in our large and sunny gameroom/sunroom, or grill out on the back deck while the kids run in our spacious back yard.

Eastham has the best of everything for your summer getaway! Ocean, bay, and pond beaches, all at your fingertips! We are home to Coast Guard Beach, recently ranked one of the top 10 beaches in America. Also home to beautiful First Encounter Beach, named for its being the site of the first encounter between Native Americans and the Pilgrims prior to their settling in Plymouth. For a fun and unique experience, catch a movie at the Wellfleet Drive in, just 8 minutes away! Are you looking for a day trip? A short 30 minute drive and you can spend the afternoon on the breakers of Provincetown or shopping at the mall in Hyannis.
