The entry level has the kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room with cathedral ceiling, 2 bedrooms (1 with bunk beds & a twin, 2nd bed with 2 twins), a shower bath, and laundry room. First deck is off the dining room on 3 sides. FOUR decks total. Going up to the Living room via a foyer staircase, there is a small deck, wet bar, 1/2 bath and loft with a daybed. From loft there is a 2nd staircase which takes you down into the kitchen.
Going up a 3rd level to the Main bedroom with a king bed, private bath &, walk-in closets. Sitting area outside bedroom has water views. Hall leads to 3rd deck with water views. Then from there, take a steep ''ladder-like'' staircase up to the large rooftop deck (4th deck) with spectacular Bay views.
Going back to the entry level, take a staircase down from the kitchen into a private bedroom with a tiled floor, a private full bath and 2 walls with windows. Exit door to outside leads to enclosed outdoor shower.
