The entire house has been freshly painted and decorated. Upstairs you will find a children's bedroom with three single beds, a renovated bathroom with shower/tub and a loft room with cable/smart TV. In the loft is a Queen pull out sofa. Downstairs offers two bedrooms with larger closets and Queen beds. One downstairs bedroom has Cable/Smart TV. All three bedrooms have properly sized window A/C units. The downstairs bathroom has a shower/tub and has also been renovated. The Kitchen has been fully updated with new cabinets, quartz countertops and new SS appliances. The kitchen table accommodates five people. The cozy living room has a couch, 3 arm chairs and a 60'' Smart TV, DVD player and Cable.

Outside you will find a large deck with built in seating and a large outdoor table with chairs and umbrella for family gatherings. There is a refreshing outdoor shower just off the back deck with a spacious back yard. The new storage shed provides ample room to store your beach toys and bikes.

    Best vacation ever

    The home was more than I could hope for. Location to walk and see sunsets on the bay. I love the outdoor shower to wash the sand off. House is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The home owner got back quickly with any questions I had. I hope to come back next summer and stay longer.
