You are only a short drive from the Cape's pristine and family friendly beaches, local shops, iconic restaurants, and the infamous Wellfleet Drive-in. Or if you prefer to walk or ride, there is bike path access right around the corner in the neighborhood.

Walk in the front door of your Cape escape and be greeted with a spacious, open concept living room and kitchen dining area. You can choose to relax on the oversize sectional sofa with a 75 inch TV or curl up with a book in the bright sunroom where you will find even more seating including a queen sleeper couch, another 65 inch TV, and views of the immaculate back yard. Your 1st floor bedroom features a queen bed and the full bathroom with a tub and shower complete with grab bars. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed, the other is perfect for kids with a pyramid bunk bed with a full-size trundle (sleeps 5 kids on mattresses!).

Rise and shine with a homemade cappuccino in the Keurig, or please the crowd with a round of frozen piña coladas from the Ninja Blender. Once you step through the double French doors from the kitchen onto the brand new AZEK deck, you may not want to go back inside. The back yard is the place to be. From the lush, green lawn to the oversized Weber grill, to the gas firepit and seating area on the adjacent patio, there is truly something for everyone.

This home is not a tired rental. Owner lives here year-round, so no expense was spared. Owner has an adjacent apartment with a separate driveway and entrance and is around to assist with any issues or offer recommendations.     Fantastic house

    This house is in a great location, a short drive from all beaches, restaurants, and shopping in Wellfleet, Eastham and Orleans, is modern and extremely clean. We had a great time!

    We really can't say enough about our vacation. The house, location, and owners were wonderful. The house was beautiful and perfectly clean! The kids loved the bunk room and the 2 huge TVs. This house is close to everything you could possibly want….beaches, stores, golf, ice cream… you name it! The house fit our 2 families of 4 with plenty of room to spare. The back patio was perfect for our morning coffee and the outdoor gas firepit was so relaxing at night.

    Best Cape Home

    This is the best house we've stayed at in 20 summers we've vacationed in the Eastham area. Beautifully decorated, immaculate, well manicured landscaping and had everything we needed to enjoy the week with our family. The house is situated at the end of a quiet road close to the bike trail. We loved the back yard with cozy fire pit area and new grill, perfect for outdoor games.

    Inside we found everything we needed in the kitchen, plus new bedding, towels and decor throughout the home. We appreciated the excellent communication provided by the owners before and during our stay. Melissa and Julius were so receptive to any questions we had and always willing to help. We've already reserved our spot for next summer.

    Oustanding property and responsiveness

    Our family enjoyed a lovely week here over the 4th of July week. We took a chance on a brand new property with no ratings, and it really paid off! This is an absolutely gorgeous home with every possible amenity and a wonderfully responsive owner. Everything is brand new, clean, and very comfortable (outstanding beds!).

    The house is quite close to Marconi Beach and all the restaurants and shopping in Wellfleet, so we liked the location. When we had bad weather, the two massive smart tvs and surround sound system kept everyone happy.

    The yard is more beautiful than the photos can show; we loved the patio and fire table. The landscaping is stunning and all the hydrangeas were in bloom -- a true Cape experience! Kitchen has everything you could need, including brand new Keurig AND drip coffee maker. Bathrooms are spacious and beautiful. Closet space is extensive, so this would be a great rental for a family wanting to stay several weeks; we have NEVER had this much closet space on the Cape.

    The fact that high-quality sheets and towels were provided made it even better, since so many Cape houses don't offer them. We really didn't need a thing, but Melissa was immediately responsive to any small questions we had. We will definitely return!     show more show less

    Although this beautiful home is relatively new to the rental market, Melissa has years of experience hosting rental homes and can assure you that this house has everything you need for you and your family to enjoy the cape in style; from the Keurig Cappuccino Maker, the brand new stove with an air fryer setting, and the Ninja Blender for frozen drinks or smoothies. Fresh new linens and towels are included for your convenience as well as an oversize washer and dryer. This is a kid friendly rental on a quiet street and a fenced in back yard. We hope to see you soon!
