This was our last family vacation before our oldest son goes to college, after years of coming to the area together. He said, "This is by far the best house we've rented here!" Plenty of bedrooms with super comfortable beds. Awesome outdoor shower. Lovely dining patio and fire pit. Kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. Close to beaches, restaurants, ice cream, markets--everything you need for a fabulous week. Owners were kind and communicative throughout. Great location in Eastham! Close to the Cape Cod rail trail, Cooks Brook Beach, Wellfleet Audubon, and highway 6, in a beautiful and quite neighborhood. The floor plan and bedding is perfect for one or two families, or a group of friends. The outdoor space is lovely and has everything you need for a good time: fire pit, cornhole, outdoor shower, and patio space. The owners are extremely responsive, very accommodating and kind. If you're unfamiliar with the area, the owners will offer recommendations for activities and places to go during your stay. Enjoy! show more show less

A great place for a few days with family on the Cape, spacious, well equipped, comfortable and extremely well located for exploring. Would definitely stay again!!

This house is was great. It has everything you need. It is clean and tidy. It looks small from outside but huge inside. We were first apprehensive that it might be small for our party of six. House had sleeping arrangements for eight people and we were all very comfortable. Owners are very helpful and very fast responding. We ran out of propane for the outside grill but owners were kind enough to reimburse us for the cost of tank. Area is very nice, would definitely recommend.

We throughly enjoyed our stay!!! The house accommodated our family of four adults and two kids comfortably and it was very clean. The location was ideal for all beaches and restaurants we wanted to go. Owners are very responsive and helpful. I would love to stay there again!!

This house is in central location and all kitchen utensils and laundry machine convenient. All the basics you need are well covered. Even though owner says to bring your own linens and blankets, house has them all and we didn't need to use any of ours. Will highly recommend.

A very thoughtfully appointed home- lots of little extras that makes your stay go smoothly. We appreciated having air conditioning in the extra hot days. We used the fans at night too. The outdoor grill was great for dinners at home without heating up the kitchen. Also terrific location - central to so much on the cape. Tip- on hot summer days park your car under the shade to keep it a bit cooler.

We stayed at this house with our friends and we had a terrific experience. Owners are very responsive and they are clear and kind communicators. They are very helpful and generous and made sure we had all the information and could check in smoothly. My friends said " 5 star from me. Kind and thoughtful communication, clean and cozy space, attentive, great location" and " great location and very comfy" and " Kitchen have plenty of pan and dish ware which made it easy to prepare food. Having laundry on-site with grill outside is so convenient". We had a great stay and would definitely want to stay there again. Highly recommend to rent this house. show more show less

The house was conveniently located between many fun towns!. We had a great time and the house was so clean. Owners also had amazing communication throughout our stay. We can't wait to book this place again for our future trips to capecod. Owners recommended many restaurants and beaches. We were'nt able to do everything that was recommended because there were so many so many suggestions. Great experience

This home is even nicer than the photos !!. Very well equipped, comfy beds, nicely decorated, clean and very near to beaches. My family and college kids stayed here and couldn't have been more happier. This home is a gem.
