This pristine 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home on the bayside of Eastham, has been renovated in 2022 with all new furniture, kitchen appliances, and mattresses. 

Designed for your relaxation and entertainment, this open concept living & dining area features two new, full-size leather couches and a 55” smart TV - all centered around a fireplace for those cooler months.  During the warmer months, the home is cooled with central AC and you will have access to the two-car garage for easy storage of beach gear and bikes.

Prepare your Cape Cod dinners using the bright, oversized kitchen island and new appliances. Fully equipped with plenty of cabinet space and a large pantry, the kitchen is ready for you. Before you sit down to eat at the six-seat dining room table, enjoy a beverage from the unique buffet cocktail station.

Through the slider in the dining area, enter the fully screened sunroom.  Here you will enjoy the fresh Cape Cod air, while you relax on the newly upholstered wicker furniture. Off of the sunroom are two decks - one with a few chairs and a grill for those family summer BBQs, and the other leads to the brand new outdoor shower.  Step off the deck into the flat backyard to find a seating area and fire pit for some before-bedtime smores.  

The home has three bedrooms. The first offers a twin over full bunk bed and colorful nautical decor. The second - a king bed and a great desk area for working from home.  Across the hall from this bedroom is a full bath with tub/shower. 

The final bedroom is the master suite with a king bed and adjoining full bath (stand-up shower) as well as a laundry area.

If you're ready for a break from the beach or to restock essentials, the home is less than a 5 min drive to the center of Orleans for all your shopping and dining needs (Stop & Shop, TJMaxx, Christmas Tree Shop, and many area restaurants--The Knack, Hot Chocolate Sparrow, Rock Harbor Grill).
