While Eastham itself doesn’t have much in the way of a “downtown” it is minutes from both Orleans and Wellfleet. Both offer many dining and shopping options as well as retail shops, mini golf, a drive-in theater (Wellfleet), and more. Closer by, you can find bike rentals, boat rentals (paddle), and smaller grocery stores (Eastham Suprette) and dining options.

The house is about a quarter mile from the rail trail which is family friendly and leads to many attractions and eateries. The house is nearly across the street from the entrance to the Cape Cod National Seashore and a few miles from a number of bay beaches. Only a bike ride away from the Great Pond. Though this requires a pass during normal day hours, it’s available to anyone on bikes (or you can purchase a pass).
