This beautifully designed modern contemporary home is only minutes away from several bayside and oceanside beaches and beautiful long bike trails. Located in a safe and private neighborhood, this property provides much-desired privacy and spacious and comfortable amenities that guarantee a relaxed and stress-free vacation.

Our modern contemporary guest house is the ideal vacation house to accommodate up to 10 guests, so this is your sign to start planning and gathering your family and friends for a memorable Cape Cod vacation. As you enter the guest house, a large, spacious, modern living room, and a fully equipped kitchen welcome you. Plenty of space for all the guests to enjoy a memorable get-together and spread out comfortably, whether you prefer sitting on the main living room couch or the other side of the 2-sided fireplace enjoying the comfort of a reclining couch watching your favorite movie. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. The first-floor bedroom has two queen beds and connects to the first-floor bathroom, where you will also find the smart washer and dryer. On the second floor, to the left, you will find the master bedroom, which sleeps up to 4 guests (a queen bed and a day bed with two twin mattresses) and has access to a balcony that overlooks the backyard. To the right, the other bedroom has a queen bed and a spacious closet. In need of some much-deserved relaxation? Give yourself the luxury to enjoy a nice hot relaxing bath on the 2nd-floor bathroom jacuzzi. After a day at the beach, hang outside on the patio and grill away. Would you like to make some popcorn for your entire group? We got you covered! Our popcorn machine is yours to use as many times as you wish. Our driveway/front yard provides parking for up to 6 vehicles; any additional vehicles can easily park on the street. We try to include as many amenities as possible to make your stay enjoyable. Eastham is a treasured town filled with a variety of activities and attractions. It's tough to find a vacation home much closer to some of the lower cape bayside beaches, Cape Cod National Seashore, or Coast Guard Beach. You could be a quick 4-minute drive to Coast Guard Beach, one of Dr. Beachs' 2022 Top 10 beaches in the United States. Nauset Light Beach and First Encounter Beach are a bit further up along the coast. Want calmer waves? Boat Meadow Beach, Rock Harbor Beach, or Skaket Beach are only a 1.9 miles bike ride away. Whether walking, jogging, or biking, Cape Cod Rail Trail - a paved bikeway 22 miles from South Dennis to Wellfleet -is only 1.2 miles bike ride away. On a beautiful, cool, and low-humidity day, this trail makes for an exhilarating time outdoors. While here, guests will feel secluded thanks to the tranquility of the area and the distance between neighbors! However, you need to drive less than a mile to be on Route Six, from which you can easily get to several restaurants, cinemas, and shops within two miles from your front door.
