This utterly charming property is located in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to wonderful beaches. If you prefer the National Seashore or the beaches of Cape Cod Bay, neither is far! Beach chairs are provided for your comfort.
President John F. Kennedy signed the bill establishing Cape Cod National Seashore on August 7, 1961. He wrote that his goal was ''to preserve the natural and historic values of a portion of Cape Cod for the inspiration and enjoyment of people all over the United States.''
The kitchen is a true Chef's kitchen with modern appliances, spices, condiments and even the fridge will hold refreshments, like water, soda, and wine for your enjoyment. The property offers nautical as well as eclectic décor, a Tiki bar, foosball table, large screen TV, comfortable new beds, exquisite furnishings and has absolutely no carpet. The deck is covered by an oversized motorized pergola and overlooks the private professionally maintained gardens.
Every bedroom has a new split system A/C. The Livingroom which is located on the first floor is also equipped with its own split/ AC system. The upstairs den even offers A/C, yet another split system.
Eastham is known for Nauset Light Beach, Coast Guard Beach, and other parts of Cape Cod National Seashore. Points of interest include the Eastham Windmill, or Grist Mill (built about 1680), the Swift-Daley House (1741), the Nauset Lighthouse, and the Three Sisters Lighthouses.

Saturday to Saturday only. 

Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are provided, and the beds will be made for you.
