Cape Style home with comfortable furnishings and air conditioning throughout. This home is in South Eastham and is close to Boat Meadow Beach and First Encounter Beach on the bayside. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has a private fenced backyard. There are two bedrooms on the first floor – one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and the other with two twin beds. There is a full bath with tub/shower on this main floor. The primary bedroom is on the second floor with a queen bed, bathroom with shower and loft sitting area. Nicely decorated with an open living, kitchen and dining area with sliding doors to the back deck with dining table and chairs, gas grill, lounge chairs and an enclosed outside shower. A wonderful outside space to relax and enjoy the fenced private yard. There are two A/C split units, one on each floor.

This homeowner (upon approval) will allow one well behaved dog (NO cats please) with an additional $100 pet fee.
