Enter the first floor to find a living room with partially vaulted ceiling, kitchen with dining area leading to a deck overlooking a vernal pool. A spacious family room with high beamed ceilings and a window air conditioner, and a full bathroom with tub complete this level.

The second floor has a hallway overlooking the living room and leads to two bedrooms to the right; one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. Both have window air conditioning units. To the left there is a full bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has a skylight and sliders leading to a private deck overlooking the backyard.

There is an additional ground level deck and an enclosed outdoor shower.
