The home is in a peaceful neighborhood on a quiet street, with all the amenties necessary to truly unwind. The highlights of this property include a hot tub, outdoor shower, expansive back deck in a canopy of pitch pines, and a beautiful glass sun porch. The home is ideally set in the center of Eastham, with easy access to both the bay and oceanside beaches. 

Open the front door to a striking space, boasting dramatic cathedral ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. This spacious great room contains both the living and dining space, where the soothing green color and wood tones put you at ease as soon as you enter. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen smart TV. Substantial windows draw your eye up to the high ceilings. There is seating at the dining table for the whole family, with additional seating at the counter. The dining room flows seamlessly into the kitchen, where you will find all the supplies and appliances necessary to make a great meal. The great room is flanked on the opposite side by the sun porch, which is encompassed in glass from floor to ceiling! Brand new seating from wall to wall  and makes this a fantastic place to lounge about. The porch connects to the back deck, which runs the length of the home. The porch has a wall mounted smart TV, too! 

Following the hall from the kitchen, you find the bedrooms. Two of the rooms have queen beds, and are served by a hall bathroom with a full size walk in shower. The primary suite is at the end of the corridor, and contains a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower, smart TV, and access to the back deck. Additionally, two twins beds and a full bed can be found in the basement.  

Eastham is the perfect location for travelers wishing to explore all that the outer Cape has to offer. Enjoy hiking the diverse trails of the Cape Cod National Seashore and Fort Hill. Catch a tan on the Atlantic side beaches, then watch the sunset over Cape Cod Bay. There is plenty of options for freshwater and saltwater fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Spend an evening at one of the many wonderful local restaurants enjoying fresh caught seafood. The opportunities are endless. Come to Idlewood for an unforgettable vacation!
