A large heated saltwater pool set in a garden oasis greets you as you enter the fenced in yard of this completely renovated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom cape style home with new kitchen appliances, new bathroom fixtures, new mattresses and ductless air conditioning.

As you enter this pristine home you see open plan living/dining room and kitchen that overlooks the pool, large backyard with firepit and deck with outdoor dining and gas grill.

The first floor also features a king-sized bedroom with full tub/shower bathroom just steps away. The office with desk and wireless printer completes the downstairs.

The second floor consists of a king-size ensuite bedroom with large walk-in shower and a twin bed. The third bedroom features a king sized bed and a trundle bed that can be set up as two twins or made into a king. This large bedroom overlooks the pool, gardens and backyard. The third full bathroom is just outside the door of ''pool view'' and features a tub/shower.

There is a 4 night minimum with a 10% discount offered for stays of 7 nights or more. Check in and check out any day of the week so you can beat that dreaded weekend bridge traffic.

Conveniently located in historic Eastham on a quiet dead end street steps to the bike trail and just a few minutes to beaches! Herring Pond is quick drive or bike ride away and a great place for paddle boarding, kayaking or swimming with the kids after a day at the beach. First Encounter Beach is fantastic place to watch the sunset and just a 5 minute drive. World famous Coast Guard Beach is less than a ten minute drive. Great restaurants and local attractions are only moment's away.

The heated saltwater pool will be open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. The pool may be open before and after, weather permitting. Please contact us to be sure pool is open. read more show less

    Amazing!

    This was the best rental home ever. It is immaculate and so well stocked with snacks and drinks and even everything need for making s'mores by the outside fire pit. The pool is large with every floatie imaginable for the group. The owners are super responsive, friendly, and helpful. We were so comfortable in this quiet neighborhood in a beautiful area with easy access to restaurants, markets, ponds, and mini golf. A wonderful time was had by our entire family of 9.

    They thought of everything!

    Our family had a great stay. The home was super clean, w/fresh sheets & towels, lots of amenities we didn't expect, all the way to beverages and snacks for the kids. The heated saltwater pool was great for the whole family, and the close proximity to the National Seashore is great. Peter and Angie are terrific hosts.

    Relaxing Cape Cod House

    Beautifully decorated and recently renovated Cape Cod-style house. We relaxed and swam in the pool every day. Angie was great to work with and my family enjoyed the snacks on arrival. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

    Excellent Weekend Trip

    Perfect house for a perfect family vacation

    This is the best house we stayed in so far. Kids are already asking to go back! As soon as you walk in, you are taken back by how clean, fresh amd exquisitely decorated it is. The beds are super comfortable with spotless bedsheets. The kitchen is fully equipped with many extras in terms of drinks, snacks, etc. Angie and Pete have thought of everything! They made the check in / check out process super easy and made sure we had everything during our stay. The pool was the absolute favourite for the kids—which got cleaned up every two days.     Fantastic stay and even more fantastic host

    Had a super time. Within a very short walk of the rail trail. This proved to be a great bonus. Property was exceptionally clean and well stocked with things we have never seen before with other hosts. The owners are fantastic. There was a brief power outage, and they personally brought us things to help us through it. Highly recommended

    Great summer pool house

    Beautiful Property

    The house feels so fresh and clean, with so many nice touches. The pictures don't do the interior of the home, the pool and garden area justice, the garden is beautiful! Unfortunately, it rained the majority of time we rented, so we didn't get to use the outside Firepit ..another nice touch was a S'mores kit waiting for us in the kitchen. Next time!

    Lovely Eastham home

    This lovely home in Eastham was beautifully maintained with a very welcoming pool. The location was perfect for access to the area beaches, the CCRT and the many local restaurants. Just an all around wonderful property.
