The house is ideally located between Orleans and Wellfleet.<br />Property Basics: This lovely contemporary offers all the comforts of home for a great vacation experience. The 2200 sq ft modern house, built in 2004, comfortably sleeps 6, and has plenty of room and privacy for guests, with each bedroom and bathroom on a separate floor. Enter the spacious gourmet kitchen featuring granite center-island & counters, custom cabinetry and lighting, stainless appliances, and dining area. Flow through the French doors into the graceful living room flooded with natural light and highlighted by a vaulted ceiling. There are also French doors leading to the comfortable screened-in porch, a great place to relax as you breathe in the essence of the beach breezes. An extra family room with TV and games on the lower level offers even more space for kids/teens and guests to enjoy.<br />Amenities and Features: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy central air conditioning to cool you off from the sun. For entertainment, there are 4 flat-screen smart TVs and a Sonos portable speaker. Practical amenities like a washer/dryer, deck, and gas grill add convenience to your stay. There is driveway/front parking for one or two cars, and additional parking for up to three cars in the back via a separate road.<br />Sleeping Arrangements: <br />The first floor has a lovely sun-filled bedroom with a queen bed and a tiled full bath. The second floor consists of your private ensuite bedroom with a King bed, a large walk-in closet and a spa-like full bath boasting a Bain Ultra air jet bathtub and tiled shower. The lower level offers even more living space with a bedroom with one queen bed and one twin bed, a large family room with TV and games, with tiled shower, and two separate entrances.<br />Outdoor Spaces: Unwind on the second floor balcony deck to enjoy the bay views with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, perfect for al fresco dining. Fire up the gas grill while you watch the sun melt into the bay and enjoy family meals at the picnic table or in the backyard and then indulge in an outdoor private shower, allowing you to rinse off the salt and sand after a day at the beach. <br />Location: The home is located on a small dead-end street and just steps from the beautiful bay beach – perfect for reading, swimming, walking and playing. Hit the beach at low tide and you can stroll out for a mile or more on the "Flats," a unique and awe-inspiring experience.
