It is set on a shaded acre and just a short 1/2 mile jaunt to Boat Meadow Beach for a day of sun and then back at dusk for spectacular sunsets. Also a 1/2 mile away is the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking or hiking. The home is within a mile of Rock Harbor Marina and the heart of Orleans.

On the second floor are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and another with 2 twins. There is also a full bath and a studio guest room with daybed offering 2 more twin beds. The home also has a comprehensive library offering classics and beach reading along with a variety of board games for you to enjoy.
The spectacular GUEST HOUSE: set in the trees behind the main house with a separate drive was converted in 2003 from an old barn on the property. The original antique beams from the barn are seen throughout this 2-story house. Upstairs has two full bedrooms including the master with a queen bed and sofa which folds out to a twin bed, and a second bedroom with a double bed. Downstairs is an open living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchenette which opens through double French doors to a shaded wrap around deck. There is an additional fold-out sofa in the living area, if required.
This MINI ESTATE surrounded by wild roses and flower gardens is perfect for an extended family summer getaway!
