Enjoy our beautiful 4 bedroom home and yard on a quiet street that is in short walking distance from Cooks Brook Bay Beach. The National Seashore is a bike ride away. Our Cape style house sleeps 8-12 easily with 2 large bedrooms upstairs and two large bedrooms and a den with a sleeping ready sofa on the main floor. All beds and sofas are new and comfortable in this newly furnished home. The interior is bright and sunny.
This home is perfect for a large family or great for 2 families to share! The main floor has cable TV, a large living room, a large den for relaxing,and a big kitchen with brand new furniture. The 1st floor bedrooms have a queen and twin in the master bedroom and a king in the other one. Just bring linens! The full bathroom has handicapped access and supports.

The 2nd floor has 2 very large bedrooms with a king sized bed in one and a queen and twin bed in the other. Open windows and ceiling fans provide comfortable breezes at night.
We have a large deck in the back with table and chairs in a screened area as well as lots of property to play in. Great outdoor shower. Plenty of parking space in front. Our property is near the bike path and rail trail. Bike to Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach for sunrise surfing. We walk to Cooks Brook Beach for swimming and the sunsets. |
