Our house is a large, spacious Cape Cod on a level, private yard bordered by scrub oaks and pines. It is 1/2 mile walk to Cape Cod Bay, 3/4 mile to Campground Beach and a 2 mile ride to Nauset Light Beach and Coastguard Beach. This sunny, airy house is perfect for a large/extended family. There are only two steps up into the house by the front door. Ample parking is available in gravel driveway. Large deck off the back of the house and screened porch off the side encourage outdoor dining and relaxing any time of the day. We also have a large propane grill and over-sized outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Our kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator. The large kitchen table seats 8 with additional seating on the deck or screened porch. The living room has very comfortable furniture; it’s a great place to gather with your family (cable TV, VCR, DVD, games and puzzles)... We also have high-speed internet.

Nice new windows supply clean, fresh Cape Cod air and plenty of sun. The first floor has four good-sized, private bedrooms, all decorated with comfort and Cape Cod in mind. All beds have very good mattresses and excellent ventilation. There is a roomy, oversized bathroom with tub on the first floor. The second floor has sunny, very large bedroom and bathroom. It is 20'x25'and has a queen and two twins. The large unfinished basement has lots of things for the kids including: a pool table, a ping-pong table and lots of room to hang out. It also has a washer, dryer and second refrigerator. Come experience the real Cape Cod! |
