Our home is nestled in the picturesque beauty of Cape Cod, just a short drive from some of the Cape''s most iconic beaches, including Mayflower and Chapin Beaches. We’re also within walking distance to the serene Flax Pond, a sandy-bottom gem surrounded by conservation land with trails and nature enjoyment. Flax Pond is perfect for swimming, fishing, and paddleboarding, and features a rope swing for the kids to enjoy. We provide an SUP and two inflatable kayaks for your convenience.

Inside, our home offers an open-concept floor plan, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere for family gatherings. The first floor includes three cozy bedrooms, with the master featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The lower level boasts a fun recreational room, complete with a Queen bed, sectional couch, and TV—ideal for winding down after a day of adventures.

For a local treat, take a short 3/10-mile walk to the famous Captain Frosty’s!

Our location is also perfectly situated for easy access to local shopping, restaurants, and other Cape Cod attractions.

This is a weekly summer rental, with a preferred Saturday-to-Saturday stay.
