    We have love Teaticket! Our friends introduced us to this area about 15 years ago.
    We have neighbors over at Maravista and at Old Silver Beach.
    From the firepits & beach bonfires to Commodore basball games & ice creams on Main Street, it has become a true summer tradition for our family.

    What is special about this property?
    Sitting in the back yard having smores while playing cornhole or whiffle ball, or the easy stroll down to the bay to take a quick kayak ride or just sipping on coffee out on the deck , its a relaxing easy take.
    Rainy days we take out board games and have laughs at the kitchen island or grab a movie at the Falmouth Cinema Pub which is less than 2 miles away.
