    THE PERFECT HOME-AWAY-FROM-HOME!

    We get together for a family vacation each year. On earlier occasions we had picked different destinations -- but ever since we discovered this property several years ago, we have steadfastly returned every year. The location is perfect for everything from beach accesses to shopping, nature trails, and trips to other parts of the Cape. More importantly, the property is as ideal as one could ever hope to find, completely equipped with everything one needs for a carefree vacation stay, with lots of spaces for both joint activities as well as quiet relaxation.     This was a great house for our family on our summer vacation. We traveled to the Cape with a mixed group of ages - oldest was 74 and the youngest was 4. This house is perfect for a large group like ours. Everyone had a place to go to get away to take a nap, read or watch tv after a long day at the beach. Having the "quiet room" for our kids to go and watch TV after dinner gave the adults time to play games or enjoy a cocktail on the patio. The house is beautiful - everything has been renovated and is basically brand new. The first floor master was nice for my aunt and uncle (in their 70's) who have a hard time with stairs. The house is close to everything and we enjoyed the flexibility of being able to quickly get to north side beaches (Corporation was our favorite!) or the bay side beaches. Close to Rte 6 so getting around was super easy. I would definitely rent here again!! show more show less

    The pictures in the listing do not do this house justice. It is beautiful, spacious, immaculate and comfortable. Newly decorated - the house still had that fresh paint smell! Fantastic location, one block off 6A, close to Dennis beaches, lobster rolls at Sesuit Harbor Cafe, bakery goodies from The Marshside and minutes to supermarket and Rt 6. The owner is very responsive - a small problem with a light fixture was fixed the very next day. I can't say enough good things about our stay at 93 Prince Way and hope to return next summer. show more show less

    What is special about this property?
    This property was purchased in order to accommodate my large family. With five bedrooms and ten rooms overall the property lends itself to allowing a large family celebration or providing alone time in the newly appointed quiet room for reading or napping.

    What is special about your town?
    Dennis has some of the most beautiful beaches on Cape Cod. The property is a stone's throw from historic King's Highway - Route 6A.
