Having spent nearly 60 summers on the cape, with the last ten years renting homes; when the opportunity presented itself for this lovely cottage at Chase's Ocean Grove, we were thrilled. My dream is to spend summers at the cottage; but while I am still working, it is available to share with you for the prime summer months. I prefer to rent the cottage for 32 day summer rentals for those yearning to escape for the season. Rental rates are favorable this way and will not be charged the 14.45% tax.

Dennis Port is a popular seaside resort town along the picturesque, warm waters of the southern Nantucket Sound. Walk to Pelham house for cocktails, brunch and dinner. Short drive to Woolfies bakery. Kayaking, hiking, boating, miniature golf, go carts, so many activities are close by. Enjoy the miles of exploration at Crowe's Pasture Conservation a short drive over to the bayside. Dennis Port is perfectly situated on the cape to visit all points east and west. It has a super cute town center and some really nice shops and restaurants. For culture buffs there's the Cape Cod Museum of Art openings, music and more concerts and independent film series along with the world renown Cape Cinema as well as several other fabulous art galleries and artisans along 6A. Kayaking in nearby Swan River, biking the Cape Cod Rail Trail, co-karts, miniature golf and hiking trails all nearby.
