We've been staying here for many years & it never disappoints. Walking distance to 2 of the best beaches & also Chapins. Home has air conditioning, washer & dryer, ample parking & everything you need inside - pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, etc. Three bedrooms & two full baths (plus the outdoor shower!) make this a great place for a family. Most amazing sunsets from both Mayflower & Bayview beaches. Host is extremely helpful & responsive.

This Cape rental never disappoints! It's a cozy beach house just steps from the most beautiful cape cod beach! The owner is attentive and responsive to all the needs of her guests! We have stayed here for many, many years and our family creates treasured memories in this clean, well maintained get away full of all the essentials!

This home has all we need to enjoy everything Cape Cod has to offer. It was clean, cool during a heat wave, well equipped, comfortable, and in a perfect location. This was our 20th year returning to this house and, as our children have grown and their recreational interests have changed, it continues to be close a variety of restaurants and shops, museums and music venues, indoor and outdoor dining, and so many outdoor recreational possibilities. Of course, being so close to a gorgeous beach with stunning tides and sunsets, we spent most of our time at the beach.

Once again, this beach house never disappoints. We've just returned home from our eleventh year staying here. The home is clean, equipped with everything you need, and is close to the perfect beach, many restaurants and attractions! The host is attentive and responsive to her renters. Our family looks forward to this stay each year. We are already counting down to summer 2023!

What a great Cape Cod home and the location can't be beat! Quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to a few restaurants and a wonderful, sandy beach! The house is roomy, comfortable and equipped with everything you need! Next year I want to book for 2 weeks! The owner is thoughtful and was readily available when needed.

We are 3 generations for a summer getaway on cape cod since my 11 yo grandson was a baby. We usually choose a different location each time. This location was GREAT!! A short walk to a beautiful beach morning, noon and night. So easy for each of us to be on our own schedule. The sunsets were exquisite!! We also walked over to Chapins for a casual bite on their deck. Our duplex neighbors were regulars to this same house for 13 years!! They were friendly and helpful. The house was exactly as advertised with plenty of space for the 6 of us.

This house has now become our home away from home for 1 week in the summers. It is always spotless clean & ready for our visit. The owner makes herself available for any questions, concerns or just to make sure all is perfect! A short walk to the beloved Bayview Beach is so convenient, our 2 teenage daughters love their freedom to walk back & forth from beach to house for snacks, etc.

The famous sunsets are the icing on the cake nightly at Bayview. The house location makes it easy to take some day trips too! Our favorites are Wellfleet Beach (Beachcomber) & P Town! We hope we can continue this tradition for many years to come. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

We returned for our 19th stay at this location. Our family enjoyed another perfect stay at this perfect Cape Cod home. Everything was impeccably clean when we arrived and it had everything we would need for the week.

We always enjoy the home's location: a very short walk to an AMAZING beach with incredible low and high tides and gorgeous sunsets. It is close enough to go back and forth to the house from the beach several times during the day.

The yard is beautiful and peaceful to sit and read and inside just keeps getting better with updated bathroom, air conditioning, dryer, new mattresses.

We wait all year just to return!

We have been renting from Jane for almost ten years. She is a wonderful host. Her place is warm and welcoming with plenty of room. Year after year, we are pleased with improvements she makes. The amazing beach is a short walk and perfect for kids and families! The house is close to restaurants and other attractions as well. This is our annual family vacation spot that we look forward to year after year!

You owe it to yourself to stay here. This house is literally in the perfect location. Walkable distance to two excellent restaurants, short drive to many more. Walkable distance to the nicest beach in Cape Cod, especially for children. I have been staying here for 11 years and my family looks forward to this trip throughout the entire year. The owner of the property is the best. She has always picked up her phone when needed, and is an absolute pleasure to do business with. If you are thinking about staying on Cape Cod with children, you will not find a better place.

Like many others, we've been renting annually for over a decade. Never disappointed, and the owner and her family couldn't be more accommodating. The facilities are perfect for a family getaway, and the proximity to the beach is beyond convenient. The sandbar that lasts for hours is a definite plus if you have little ones. Highly recommended vacation destination.

This was our 18th year returning to Jane's cottage. Our children consider it their "home away from home." The cottage has everything you need, and the location and ease of access to an amazing beach are unsurpassed. The new air conditioning was a welcome addition.

This cottage takes you back to what a quintessential Cape Cod beach vacation should be--a charming, clean accommodation perfect for multi-family getaways, and appointed with everything you would need for a week away from home. The yard is lovely and the sea breeze greets you daily.

There is no need to "prepare" for a day at the beach-- you literally walk steps down the street to the shore, and can easily go back and forth to the house throughout the day. And what a shore it is! The beach stretches for miles; we walked it daily, and caught some amazing sunsets. My kids loved catching hermit crabs and releasing them into the tide pools.

The surrounding town of Dennis offers great local finds, including coffee houses, and delis which are about a mile walk away, if I remember correctly. We also easily explored the Cape on a day trip, heading north to the National Seashore and up to Ptown, easily done in one day.

Jane and her family were accommodating and kind. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect for singles or a family! Spent the weekend with my teenage daughters. The weather was the best we’ve ever experienced at The Cape. So close to the beach. Well maintained and very clean. Will be back!

This is now our 9th year renting this home and our kids would go nowhere else. This home has become our home away from home for our yearly Family Vacation. The convenience and accessibility would be unmatched anywhere else. Jane is so pleasant to work with yearly. We look forward to next year. It can’t come quick enough.

I have had the privilege of renting from Jane for the last few years. You cannot find a better location to rent on the Cape with small children. Being only 5 houses away from the beach allows you to walk back to the house periodically throughout the day. So the nap and bathroom breaks and restocking of beach refreshments are only a 2 minute walk away from the perfect beach for small children. Bayside Beach is safe enough to sit back and watch your children from a distance play in the sand, tidal pools and or the calm lake like ocean. We spend most of our day at the beach and then come back to the house, take a shower in the outside shower and then go out to eat. This house is walking distance to two great restaurants in Dennis and an extremely short drive with no traffic to five more great restaurants. On top of being in literally one of the best possible locations in Cape Cod, renting from Jane couldn't be any easier. She is truly a pleasure to rent from. We will be coming back for the foreseeable future.

This is the perfect spot for a large family or a smaller group. There is ample room. Short walk to the beach and local restaurants! It has a great outdoor area to entertain at the cottage too!

This is a great place to stay when on the Cape. A few houses from the beach, a short walk to Chapin's testaurant, down the road from the grocery store, and in a quaint little neighborhood. I love the cozy set up. The patio is a great place to enjoy meals and play games. I will definitely be back!

My family had a great vacation. We spent a week at Jane's property, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Jane was very easy to work with and was available to answer any questions we had. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the patio and grill were great for outdoor dining. The house is just a short walk from Bayview beach, which is a residents only beach next to Mayflower beach. While we witnessed others driving around the neighborhood looking for parking places, we were close enough to be able to walk from the beach to the house to use the bathroom, get lunch, etc. (5 houses away). The beach itself was amazing. Our kids loved the clear water and the tidal pools.

In addition to the close proximity to the beach, this home was ideal for walking to local restaurants and ice cream. We walked to breakfast on most mornings to the Underground Bakery and the Dennis Mercantile. We also took advantage and walked to dinner a couple nights to Chapin's as well as Gina's by the Sea.

We had a great week, in a great home, in a perfect location. We can't wait to go back for a weekend in the fall.
