Your private beach is just across the street, with over two miles of sandy shore in front of you. To the right is access to West Dennis Beach, and to the left will lead you to the Swan River. Great for tubing, kayaking and even fishing or catching crabs!

The cottage has an open floor plan, a sunny living room with smart TV, and a well equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher. A separate sunroom for the kids with smart TV and games; A washer and dryer, and both indoor and outdoor showers round out the accommodations. The bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and lots of windows for great cross breezes. Large deck in the back with a BBQ grill and a sand back yard, or enjoy your coffee on the front deck. An extra lot across the street is also included for parking your boat, trailer, jet skis, kayaks, or extra cars— a luxury on the Cape! Boat launch area is only one mile away, and waking distance to West Dennis Yacht Club. Great friendly neighborhood feel. Sorry no pets of any kind at any time. No Exceptions.

    Uncle Stephens Beach Cottage 2023

    A delightful beach cottage with an amazing private beach. Plenty of convenient parking.
    Lovely back yard patio! Very well supplied with kitchen essentials,
    TV and Wi-Fi , beach chairs, washer /dryer and dishwasher.
    The beach cottage is very comfortable and a true feeling of a Cape Cod.

    There's just something about this place....

    This cottage is one of our absolute favorite places to be! It is so cozy and relaxing, and it's equipped with everything to make you feel right at home. It's in a perfect location - steps from the beach, and so many things to do close by. The neighbors are friendly, and the owner is so great. We feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon it, and look forward to coming back year after year.

    Loved everything about it! Very clean too. So close to the beach, very charming and plenty of space. And a lovely neighborhood for walking. 2 playgrounds close by. We had a amazing time.

    Perfect Cape Cotttage

    I have been visiting Cape Cod, specifically Uncle Stephen's Village in West Dennis, for the past 30 years with my whole family, which includes my parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, and cousins. This year, with my own household outgrowing the cottage my parents rent, my family and I decided to rent a cottage for ourselves. What a great decision!

    As luck would have it, I found this cottage available for a full week during the time my family typically visits in July. After staying at several different cottages on this road throughout the years, as well as the Beach House Inn, I must say this one was the nicest. The bedrooms are very roomy and quiet, and the ceiling fans are a must for hot Cape nights. The open living/dining area is bright, open, and well ventilated. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and storage available for food.

    With two small boys, 4 and 1, I cannot overstate how nice it was to have a dishwasher and laundry available. Our boys had a great time playing whether on the beach and the surf, or in the back yard in what my oldest called a "huge sandbox"..

    You will not regret staying here when you visit West Dennis. Bob and Sarah have done a wonderful job with this cozy cottage, and we are excited for the potential to return again next summer. There was even a nice welcome note and small gift waiting for us on the kitchen table when we arrived. Nice touch!

    We are a Husband and wife who bought this lovely cottage a few years back to spend time with family. We are from RI so it is not to far for us to get away. We have been coming down to West Dennis with our children for about 10 years and had an opportunity to buy this very special place. We decided to rent out our cottage for some weeks over the summer so more families can enjoy the cottage and the beautiful private beach.

    What is special about this property?
    The cottage is a perfect size as it is not to big and not to small. The views of the ocean can be seen from the front and rear deck and from inside the home as well. The beach is across the private road, you will then have 8 feet of private beach. A small walk to the right and left will give you access to the public beaches too. The neighborhood is a very special with a close nit family feel. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and bars. Great walking area too.

    What is special about your town?
    West Dennis seems to be a very quite part of the cape. Lots of amenities are only a few miles away like amusements and boating and kayaking. Shopping and restaurants are a plenty.
