Situated north of 6A by Mayflower Beach and Bayview beaches, this charming cottage is perfectly situated on Beach Street, just a short stroll or bike ride—less than half a mile—from the captivating Mayflower Beach, widely regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches on the cape. This pristine beach boasts soft white sand and warm tidal pools, creating a family-friendly atmosphere. Conveniently, Mayflower Beach provides a snack bar, showers, and restrooms, which are also accessible from Bayview Beach. The neighboring Bayview and Chapin beaches make for delightful alternatives.

The Dennis Village Playground is conveniently located at the end of Beach Street, within easy walking or biking distance. There are numerous nearby attractions and dining options, such as Chapins, Encore(my personal favorite), Underground Bakery, Nancy's Candies, Scargo Cafe, and Grumpy's restaurant. Enjoy delicious ice cream or visit the Dennis Public Market, all within comfortable walking or biking distance. For entertainment, indulge in a movie at the vintage movie theater or captivate yourself with performances at the neighboring Cape Playhouse Theater. Chatham, just 20-30 minutes away, has a great downtown for shopping and dining experiences or swing by the fish market during the day to catch a glimpse of the seals!

The cottage is nestled back a bit on the property, with a circular driveway. A covered side porch and a spacious backyard are perfect for fun family activities. The tree lined backyard provides shade for the oversized hammocks and rope swings. There is ample space for a volleyball or baseball game. (Volleyball net provided) The house is tailored to accommodate families, offering multiple beach bikes, beach chairs, and outdoor games.

With approximately 800 square feet of living space, the cottage comprises two bedrooms, one full bath, and one half bath, with a maximum capacity of six individuals. The large second bedroom is equipped with bunk beds and ample space for kids to play games or read books (provided in the room).

Our home has undergone a complete renovation, both inside and out, providing a clean, coastal vibe. From floors to ceiling, everything has been carefully updated, including appliances, brand new beds, and furniture.

Outdoor amenities include a refreshing outdoor shower, a grill, fire pit, and a covered side porch with a dining table and seating. The house comes equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including wifi, SONOS wireless music, smart TVs with streaming services, and a DVD player for your entertainment needs. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes, a coffee maker, and other essential appliances. The indoor dining table comfortably accommodates four, with a larger outdoor table on the covered side porch. Additionally, the house features a brand new washer/dryer and air conditioning units in both bedrooms. Please note that pets and smoking are strictly prohibited.

Mayflower, Bayview, and Chapin beaches are perfect for families, offering miles of white sand at low tide, clear water, tidal pools, sandbars, and breathtaking sunsets. Corporation Beach is also within biking distance.
