This beautiful cottage is north of 6A at Mayflower beach. Ideally located on Beach street and just a short walk, bike ride, less than 1/2 mile from the most beautiful beach on the cape; Mayflower Beach. This pristine beach is family friendly with soft sand and lots of warm tidal pools for the kids. Beach has a snack bar, showers and restrooms. There is also Bayview beach and Chapin beaches to choose from which are on either side of Mayflower beach. Playground is super close, just at the end of Beach street. Chapin's, Grumpy's restaurants are nearby. Ice cream, Dennis Public Market all walking/biking distance. 20 minutes for an afternoon or dinner in downtown Chatham.

Our cottage has a gorgeous and large flat yard with 2 hammock under trees and a large open sunny area for games or relaxing in the adirondacks. The house is approximately 800 square feet of living space with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 1 half bath, 6 person maximum. The large second bedroom has bunk beds amd enough space for kids to play games or read books provided in the room. The house sits back a bit with a circular driveway and large hydrangea bushes lining the front of the property. Our home has been completely renovated inside and out, from floors & ceilings to roof; including appliances, brand new beds, furniture. The house is situated on a gorgeous lot with a covered side porch and a large flat back yard for family fun. Oversized high end Hammocks under the trees, rope swing and plenty of room for the volleyball net or baseball game. ideal for families, there are multiple bikes, and beach chairs/toys.

Outdoor shower, grill, fire pit, covered side porch with dining table and seating. House is equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay including Wireless/WiFi internet, SONOS wireless music, DVD player, Apple TV and Chromecast for your entertainment needs. Kitchen utensils, dishes, coffee maker, microwave and other appliances are supplied. Four chairs are around kitchen table although not pictured. Large outdoor table as well on the covered side porch:) House was completely renovated several years ago and is equipped with a brand new washer/dryer, air conditioning units in both bedrooms as well.
Sorry absolutely no pets and absolutely no smoking allowed.

Mayflower, Bayview and Chapin beaches are perfect for families, miles of white sand at low tide, clear blue water, tidal pools, sand bars and the most stunning sunsets we've ever seen!

    Quintessential Cape Cod!

    Delightful, well-appointed beach house! Everything you need for time on the Cape-- large yard with fire pits, swings for the kids and hammocks for the adults. Easy walking distance to bay beaches. Owner is response and thoughtful in every detail and recommendation!

    Lovely beach house

    Contacting Tara and booking our stay was a breeze. She was very acomidating and a pleasure to communicate with. We arrived to find a spotless and charmingly decorated beach house with a great amount of seating and lounge areas and all the amenities needed to suit our family of 6. The outside alcove was especially charming. Having the double stroller and beach wagon was a huge bonus! The distance to the beaches was comfortably walkable.     Perfect Cape Cod beach house! Within walking distance of the best Bayside beaches. Perfectly appointed family beach house. Provided everything you could possibly need.     Cozy Vacation Rental!

    Cozy, cute, clean and comfortable! Our family of 5 had a great vacation week in this lovely home. The location was perfect- close proximity to the beach and just a short drive to all of our favorite spots on the Cape! The house included all the ammenities we needed. We really enjoyed the outside dining area and our boys enjoyed the spacious yard. Tara, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. She promptly answered any questions we had regarding our stay.     I've rented homes for years prior to finally owning our own home here at Mayflower Beach. Our children enjoy it so much, and at the same time we are happy to share our home so other families may experience this magnificent beach and town.

    What is special about this property?
    Beautifully appointed cottage with all of the amenities to make you feel right at home. Our cottage has been completely renovated from top to bottom, is in pristine condition with all new furniture from the beds to the Adirondacks outside. We ask our guests to respect our home and leave it in the immaculate condition they have found it in. We have included conveniences such as wifi internet, apple tv/chromecast, gas grill, outdoor shower, 2 beach bikes for use, miscellaneous toys, double stroller and a wagon for the kids.
    The yard is large and flat with plenty of room to play as well as shaded trees protecting an oversized hammock and another table and chairs.

    What is special about your town?
    Mayflower is the most sought after beach on the Cape, and our neighborhood is very family friendly. Incredible beach and sunsets aside, there is so much more right here in the neighborhood, playgrounds, the Cape theater, ice cream, restaurants, library, live music and tons of antique shops lining route 6a. Dennis village is also central on the cape making for easy day trips or afternoons exploring the rest of the Cape.
