This home fit every need of our large family. It's not an easy task to find a vacation property to accommodate the needs of 14 family members ranging in ages from 2 to 65. We were also traveling from the West Coast, so having everything from a variety of beach chairs and sun shades, to pool items and games was incredibly useful. We all loved the spaciousness of the house, allowing for plenty of room for our families to spread out when needed and come together for family dinners and game nights. The outside was perfectly set up for kids, with a great tire swing in the front and a fenced-in backyard. We loved the convenience of going to the pool before and after beach days. It was such a huge bonus to have the pool be so large to accommodate all of us taking advantage of getting in the water to cool off from the 90-degree weather.

The house is beautifully decorated with a feel of coastal New England that immediately sets you into vacation mode.

The owners were great to work with. It takes a lot of coordination with large families of different ages, and they were so giving of their time by answering all the questions we had in preparation for our trip. We loved our stay and the Dennis location. show more show less

We have been renting on Cape Cod for close to 40 years and this home and location was by far the best! 8 adults and 7 young kids were easily accommodated. The pool, grounds and porch are perfect. And a 9 minute walk to Encore Bistro! Our only complaint is we couldn't stay longer!

The house was a perfect size and layout for our extended family, there was plenty of room and privacy for everyone! I appreciate that every room had a bathroom, and the 2nd living room was great for the kids to hang out. The spacious family room and kitchen were beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the screened patio in the mornings, and the pool in the afternoon to cool off. We rented bikes for the week and spent the days visiting the beaches, town and museums. The house had everything we needed to feel at home, from beach towels, to a Keurig and coffee makers, and to the barbeque grill and tools. I stayed at this gorgeous house for a Fall weekend with friends. It had everything we wanted and more. My friends and I slept so well in the beautifully decorated and comfortable bedrooms. The sun-filled porch was perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The property was private and quiet but still only minutes from a beautiful beach (highly recommend going to watch the sunset!) and restaurants! I look forward to going again in the summer to take advantage of the ocean and the pool. show more show less

We had a wonderful stay at this gem of a property! It was a perfect fit for our family vacation. The house was beautifully decorated, sun drenched and spacious. Loved the lay out! The kids had plenty of indoor and outdoor space to roam and play. The pool was large and able to accommodate our family and friends. The property was very private and close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. We hope to return for another stay this summer!
