This unit located at "Fisherman's Landing" and has everything you will need for a great Cape vacation. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a twin and the 2nd bedroom has a full bed. Enjoy the lovely cross breeze off the salty water or slumber in AC with the added convenience of a window AC unit in each bedroom. There is a nice big deck where you will probably want to spend most of your time with water views of Swan River and a shared catwalk dock where you can swim or launch a kayak. Great price for the beautiful views! Owner will allow 1 dog with a added $150 fee. Short getaways available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
