Just returned from our stay at this cute Cape Code property. Anita was so gracious and very responsive to my communication. The house was clean and had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay! The outside shower was my favorite! The area was very quiet and private - just what we like! You have to try Scally's right around the corner. I highly recommend Anita's vacation home.

We really enjoyed this cottage! Super neat and clean. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, Weber gas grill worked very nicely, and the outdoor shower was awesome! The back yard with table and chairs was shaded and private. We ate all our meals there. Neighborhood was very quiet. Seagull Beach is an easy 5-minute drive. We also walked there several times. Nice grocery store is just 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay there again.

We just returned from spending an amazing weekend at this great cottage. The location was just perfect, only a minute's ride to Seagull beach and close to everything including restaurants and shops. The cottage was so clean and welcoming and surprisingly bigger than what we thought. The yard is beautiful with a large yard and great outdoor shower.

Anita was an absolute pleasure to work with and so kind and responsive. I can't say enough good things and we are looking forward to booking again soon. Thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

It has been a week since our vacation and we are wishing we were back on that lovely front porch, having our morning coffee! The cottage is warmly decorated, comfortable and the floor plan is plenty roomy for our family of 4 and sometimes 5 (adults).

The kitchen is well equipped; we did cook most of our meals there. The refrigerator is full size and it was nice having the "beer fridge" too. We enjoyed the fenced in back yard, the beautiful hydrangeas and the wonderful outside shower. The location was great for us~ close to family we were visiting as well as to Seagull Beach and the neighborhood was very quiet. We were able to ride our bicycles most everywhere we wanted to go.

Anita was friendly, welcoming, very prompt in answering any questions and most accommodating with some last minute changes in our vacation plans. We would be happy to stay at this cottage again.

It was just perfect for us! Lovely cottage that's welcoming and relaxed and you immediately feel at home. Warmly decorated with some Irish touches. Everything you need: Very clean through out, firm comfortable beds, nice open living/dining area, quiet grassy back yard and patio. I loved the outdoor shower- so relaxing!

The home is tucked away off the main road to Seagull Beach. Very quiet and peaceful, but minutes to everything on Rt 28, and a great location for day trips up or down the Cape.
Anita's wonderful Irish hospitality makes everything so simple and she was immediately responsive to any questions I had.

If we vacation on the Cape again, we would definitely come back to Anita's lovely home!!

Adorable & clean cottage in a very quiet neighborhood. We had a couple of issues that the owners resolved immediately and apologetically. They were very accommodating. We would definitely be interested in renting this cottage again.

This home was all that was said it would be. Anita could not have been more welcoming upon our arrival. Everything was neat and tidy. The location is near everything yet on a very quiet street. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

I have had a 2 week rental at this cottage for 2 summers. Having rented in the area for many years, I knew this was an ideal QUIET location-- near everything.The property is immaculate! From the roomy living room and den, to the bedrooms and bath, it fit all I needed for a great vacation. The owners are VERY pleasant and easy to work with to arrange my dates.

Hi Anita, we just arrived 30 minutes ago and your house is GORGEOUS. I am convinced the online pictures don't do it justice. It's perfect for us. Your hydrangeas are amazing. It's everything we could ask for in our favorite location. So close to everything and such a quiet little street. We are thrilled.

Stayed in this sparkling clean home with our two kids June 2011. One thing we loved was it had a washer/dryer. It allowed us to walk to Seagull beach. It was a kid friendly neighborhood which our kids loved
