Description

This lovely ranch home consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, living room, eat-in kitchen, and basement game room and separate laundry room. In addition, there is a separate and private studio apartment with its own access. The apartment consists of a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a queen-size futon bed and a futon sofa that opens to a full. There are 3 flatscreen TVs with cable: in living room, kitchen, and apartment.

The home is located on a quiet street. The yard is private and nicely manicured with a patio off the kitchen and a deck off the living room, both with comfortable outdoor furniture and tables for outdoor dining. There are also two glider swings. Just a 3-minute walk takes you to two ocean beaches on Nantucket Sound.

Guests are asked to provide their own bed linens and towels.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home with a beautiful backyard. The home was on a lovely street in a very quiet neighborhood. The deck off the kitchen was very convenient when we grilled at night. Walks to the beach were amazing, and the outdoor shower was great. The playground within walking distance to the home was great. The neighbors were very friendly and it was a wonderful vacation. There was plenty of space for everyone. Thank you to the owners! We will definitely come back again. show more show less
