Charming 2 Bedroom House on a quiet street. Walk less than a mile (without having to cross Route 28) to enjoy the ocean surf, a playground, and food concessions at Parker's River Beach. Enjoy cooking out on the Natural Gas BBQ (no need to deal with propane tanks) on the spacious brick patio. And of course there's an outdoor shower.

While inside relax in front of the wide screen TV, stay cool with central A/C, pop in a DVD, or surf the net via the free WIFI.

Looking for some nightlife? The Music Room and Sundancers are just minutes away. Area attractions include fine dining, 15 Golf Courses within 15 miles including Bass River and Bayberry right in South Yarmouth, not to mention mini golf, driving ranges, go-carts, bike trails, and ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.

We do the actual bookings through AirBnB. The listed price includes the cleaning fee, so multiweek rentals will be a little less (before tax).

Winter (Jan/Feb/Mar) short term rentals are 5 night minimum.

Additional availability info: Full Weeks Only June 24 thru September 9 (Saturday - Saturday) - Otherwise 3 Day Minimum Stay. This is a Saturday to Saturday vacation rental.

Long-Term Rental (1 month or more): If you would like to rent our home for a period of 4 to 12 weeks during January - April we'd love to talk to you. Our rent would be $1,700-$1,900 per month depending on number of guests and length of stay. The rent would include all utilities including expanded cable but would not include trash removal, snow removal, or linens. We may require a refundable security deposit.

    The location was amazing, and the beach was beautiful. The yard was perfect for our 4 year old to get his energy out in!

    The beds were super comfy, and overall the house was very cute.

    Our family really enjoyed our stay at this cottage, and the beds were comfortable and the BBQ was amazing!

    The TV was awesome too, giant screen! The back yard was great as well as the outdoor shower.

    Our family rented this lovely home for a place to live between the sale of our home and the purchase of another house. The daily bike rides to the beach, the lobster, and pineapple upside down cake cooked in the kitchen, and the very warm atmosphere in the neighborhood made a stressful time feel almost like a vacation.
